Walked in at 5pm but got turned away as receptionist say they close at 5.30pm and 3 patients in front of me. Excuse given was if each patient takes 20mins, it will be past 6pm?! Seems like they are more focused on heading home on time than to help the sick. Disappointing.

Extremely poor customer service. One of the receptionists gave me attitude and acted as if I owe her. She also took her own sweet time and when I couldn’t hear her, she behaved as if she didn’t hear me when I asked what she had said. It’s truly abominable that we have to pay a premium for such awful service.

I used the Raffles Connect app to make an appointment and the appointment time was 12.55pm (not set by me). I arrived on time but the scanner (to scan my appointment booking) wasn't even turned on. Then the nurse said they're closed. They're supposed to be closed at 1pm, but its not 1pm yet. I had to wait for 1 hour and 5 minutes even then though I am there before the closing time. They might as well change their closing time to 12.30pm if they decided not to take any patients coming in before 1pm.

Super inefficient, queued up to see my doctor via QR code and even so I had to wait over 1.5hrs because there were 8 scheduled appointment ahead for vaccination. If the waiting time is so long; why isn’t there another doctor on service? Or at least, register me 30 mins before so I spoke to the staffs to enquire about the wait time. I was waiting for 30 mins before I spoke to the staffs because I was “next in line”. My turn never came until I went to the receptionists. Inefficient.

I first visited the Jurong East branch on 23rd June for a fever of 38.7°C and a dry throat. I did an ART test which came back negative. As the fever persisted, I went to the Changi City Point clinic on 27th June. This time, blood was drawn to test for mycoplasma and dengue. I was told by both the doctor and the nurse that the results would be available later that night, and someone would contact me. No one did. I waited, then called the hotline on 29th June—only to be told the clinic was closed and someone would get back to me on Monday. As of now-Monday, 30th Jun, 10am - no one has contacted me. This is unacceptable and irresponsible, especially when health concerns are involved. If a commitment is made to follow up with test results, it should be honored. Please improve your communication and follow-through. Patients should not be left in the dark when it comes to critical test results.

Doctor was not nice. I just repeated to request for a particular medicine and she brushed me off saying a sarcastic tone… “Didn’t I mention to you”. I further asked another question and again saying ”Didn’t I mention to you”. As a sick patient, I was not in a clear state of mind and needed more clarification. Is it so difficult to ask? Besides I took no more than 10 min of her time and she was trying to rush me out. Overall experience was not good, especially with this female Doctor. Disappointed with Raffles medical.

Please trust the reviews on long queues and wait time - they are true, even in 2025. More than 1 hour wait time for both visits, either because: 1) Doctor is taking his own sweet time. Every consult takes minimally 10-15 mins, so do the math if you see patients waiting in the clinic 2) Clinic says it opens at 0830hrs but doctor only arrives at 0900hrs 3) There are 3 rooms, but essentially only 1 doctor serving outpatient visits Receptionists act like they own the place and show 0 empathy to patients. Won't be returning again. Felt sick but felt even sicker after the long wait.

Visited the clinic on 16Sep at about 9am. As my children had HFMD and I felt uncomfortable around my throat area, so wanted to get doctor clearance before I go to office. Was attended by doctor Michelle Foo, overall experience was terrible with her. There was no empathy the way she put things across. I also informed her that my children are down with HFMD she could have given me some meds in case I do feel unwell. But she offered nothing. I will not visit this clinic ever again.

I met a middle aged doctor who was very methodical. He has a lot of experience and is against prescribing unnecessary drugs or injections. I went at around 4pm to CCP branch. Somehow i felt he radiates positivity. Since he asks many questions and notes it down it may appear the waiting time is more but its worth it.

Made appointment for influenza vaccination here, there was no queue when the clinic reopen after lunch. The staffs were friendly and helpful, the doctor was attentive and explained in details the type of vaccine and possible side effects. Very good experience with the professional services that are expected of RMG!
