I am absolutely horrified by my experience at your restaurant. I ordered the signature curry chicken with rice for dine-in and dry stir-fried beef hor fun to take away. I have a severe allergy to pork, so I specifically ordered the beef hor fun and made sure to triple check with the waitress that it was indeed beef. She assured me with absolute confidence that it was beef. When I ate the dish later that evening, I immediately noticed the distinct taste and texture of pork. I unknowingly consumed a piece before realizing it wasn’t beef, and as soon as I did, I suffered a severe allergic reaction that left me unable to sleep all night, struggling to breathe and feeling like I was on the verge of anaphylaxis.I’m lucky to be alive right now. I trusted your staff to ensure my safety, and yet I was given the wrong dish..a mistake that almost cost me my life. The negligence shown in this situation is completely unacceptable and has caused me extreme physical and emotional distress. This is not the country I know where food safety and customer care are taken seriously. I demand an immediate action to ensure this never happens to anyone else. This could have easily been fatal, and I am deeply upset that your restaurant failed to take such a serious matter with the gravity it deserves.
