The brand commitment to quality and tradition has made it a go-to destination for Singaporeans seeking familiar flavors that evoke nostalgia and childhood memories, while also attracting new customers discovering the joys of authentic Singapore street food.
The customer experience at Old Chang Kee reflects both the brand enduring popularity and the operational challenges of maintaining food quality consistency across high-volume outlets, with reviews highlighting both the exceptional taste of favorite items like the Curry O, chicken wings, and squid wings, and occasional issues with food freshness and consistency that can disappoint loyal customers. The signature curry puff remains the star attraction, with its crispy exterior and flavorful filling providing the perfect balance of spice and comfort that customers expect from this heritage brand. Additional favorites include the crab stick, curry mushroom puff, and various fried snacks that offer diverse flavor profiles to suit different preferences and dietary needs.
Located strategically in the basement level of Changi City Point, Old Chang Kee serves as an essential snacking destination for office workers from Changi Business Park seeking quick lunch options, shoppers looking for convenient bites between meals, and local residents craving authentic Singapore flavors in a modern retail setting. The store early opening hours accommodate breakfast and morning snack needs, while extended evening hours satisfy late-night cravings and after-work hunger pangs. Despite occasional consistency challenges during busy periods, Old Chang Kee continues to fulfill its mission of providing authentic Singaporean street food experiences that connect customers with the rich culinary heritage of the nation.
The curry puff filling had turned sour. The fish fillet stick was hard like wood. It seemed the food was fried for multiple times. Only look good on the outside but totally inedible. Very disappointed.

Can we let the public know the closing time?
When I arrived at 8:30 pm, the waiter told me that there were only two kinds of food

Very worst curry o .When shop keeper gave this curry o I noticed it is not hot. But time is just 11.30 Am so I don’t mind. I thought it should be fresh. But inside egg is old egg yolk small one very dry. I am pretty sure it is very old one. Please don’t use old stuff and spoil this old Chang Kee name

Jiak! $4 for 4 buns is kinda pricey
but the sauce really not bad, mild spicy
mild sweet, and buns are crispy enough.
Can help satisfy 🌶🦀 cravings
Updated:

Funny why this wonderful place is tagged as a Chinese bakery. That said, OCK has been a great saviour for those hungry tummies. The food has not changed and service is always friendly and efficient, no matter which outlet you go to. At least, in my opinion. Super love the Curry O. Can never go wrong with that.
The chicken wings are delightfully tasty - well-cooked, crunchy on the outside and meaty on the inside. Plus the giant fishball - a favourite with the kids.
