Suggest to change the schedule to the correct time (Outside the shop and google too). I arrived this 7-11 with my friends at 22:30+ but it was closed and the staff was doing settlement already at the counter. He pointed the sign that shown 7:00 open, but it’s a bit ridiculous there is another sign showing 7:00-23:00 next to it. I had went to this shop 6 months ago around 22:00 and it had a sign outside mentioned “Be back at 22:30”, and the staff did come back to open again at 22:30. It was fine for me so I didn’t leave any comment at that time. However, the experience today made me feel like it’s not normal of how this 7-11 NOT RESPECTING their opening time. Please do update the correct opening hours.

Eventhough they have good deals, the store lady had a bad attitude. For simple question I asked she replied rudely and I left the store without buying things. If you need customers, be polite

Very bad experience with the lady working here, the two guys are okay but this lady had me fed up today. I'm working near the area and this lady seems not happy doing her job. Rude and unfriendly, I did let her know that her attitude is really bad!!

This 7-11 cannot make it ! The counter lady is super unfriendly ! Wonder did the management do something on this despite of the bad comments in the review.

Bad experience, i am working around this area and i frequently go this 7-11 in particular. The lady working there always seem so fed up or unhappy. Been noticing it as i’ve seen her a few times. Her tone was bad, she did not look like she cared. Terrible customer service.

Visited 5 times on 30 & 31/1/22. Found them closed 3 times although within opening hours. They were unable to sell SIM cards due to their technical issue and directed us to another 7/11 which has been shut for some time. Don’t have high hopes if you visit this franchise outlet.

Would give a zero rating. I walked for 20 mins and reached by 10:55 pm and yet they didnt allow me to buy just 1 item. They are supposed to be ooen till 11 pm. Not professional at all.

👎👎👎👎📛📛📛🤬🤬🤬🤬 Worst 711 experience with the lady. Astonishingly bad customer service. Wanted to buy ice cream and saw unhygienic plastic bag filled with unopened ice cream. We were confused and ask if we can purchase those in the plastic bag. The lady just shouted rudely don't touch the plastic bag without explaining why. Just like all the bad reviews, worst experience at 711 and the lady is venting her frustration on customers. Management please look into this

The 12SGD Sim card was not available, but the 14 SGD one was. The man at the counter was very friendly and extremely helpful and gave me his name tag to open up my sim card slot.

Great customer service, friendly worker. Had a great experience at this 7-Eleven! The store was clean, well-stocked and easy to navigate. Special thanks to Rahmi, the cashier, he was incredibly kind, helpful and patient. His warm attitude and quick service made my visit even better. Well maintained and well stocked outlet. You can get lots of interesting stuff here such as betagrow ready to eat chicken breast and even a wide range of protein bars on top of the usual drinks and snacks despite the small size of the branch. The staff on duty, Jenny, is always cheerful and available to assist you should you require any help. Great service and always a great shopping experience here. The only down side is that it doesn’t operate 24/7.
