The 12SGD Sim card was not available, but the 14 SGD one was. The man at the counter was very friendly and extremely helpful and gave me his name tag to open up my sim card slot.

Suggest to change the schedule to the correct time (Outside the shop and google too). I arrived this 7-11 with my friends at 22:30+ but it was closed and the staff was doing settlement already at the counter. He pointed the sign that shown 7:00 open, but it’s a bit ridiculous there is another sign showing 7:00-23:00 next to it. I had went to this shop 6 months ago around 22:00 and it had a sign outside mentioned “Be back at 22:30”, and the staff did come back to open again at 22:30. It was fine for me so I didn’t leave any comment at that time. However, the experience today made me feel like it’s not normal of how this 7-11 NOT RESPECTING their opening time. Please do update the correct opening hours.

Great customer service, friendly worker. Had a great experience at this 7-Eleven! The store was clean, well-stocked and easy to navigate. Special thanks to Rahmi, the cashier, he was incredibly kind, helpful and patient. His warm attitude and quick service made my visit even better. It’s not often you come across such genuine customer service. Keep it up, Rahmi!

Eventhough they have good deals, the store lady had a bad attitude. For simple question I asked she replied rudely and I left the store without buying things. If you need customers, be polite

Very bad experience with the lady working here, the two guys are okay but this lady had me fed up today. I'm working near the area and this lady seems not happy doing her job. Rude and unfriendly, I did let her know that her attitude is really bad!!

This 7-11 cannot make it ! The counter lady is super unfriendly ! Wonder did the management do something on this despite of the bad comments in the review.

Bad experience, i am working around this area and i frequently go this 7-11 in particular. The lady working there always seem so fed up or unhappy. Been noticing it as i’ve seen her a few times. Her tone was bad, she did not look like she cared. Terrible customer service.
