The staff is friendly, and they have a great drink promo for SGD1. However, it's disappointing that they don't operate 24/7.

Visited 5 times on 30 & 31/1/22. Found them closed 3 times although within opening hours. They were unable to sell SIM cards due to their technical issue and directed us to another 7/11 which has been shut for some time. Don’t have high hopes if you visit this franchise outlet.

Would give a zero rating. I walked for 20 mins and reached by 10:55 pm and yet they didnt allow me to buy just 1 item. They are supposed to be ooen till 11 pm. Not professional at all.

👎👎👎👎📛📛📛🤬🤬🤬🤬 Worst 711 experience with the lady. Astonishingly bad customer service. Wanted to buy ice cream and saw unhygienic plastic bag filled with unopened ice cream. We were confused and ask if we can purchase those in the plastic bag. The lady just shouted rudely don't touch the plastic bag without explaining why. Just like all the bad reviews, worst experience at 711 and the lady is venting her frustration on customers. Management please look into this

Well maintained and well stocked outlet. You can get lots of interesting stuff here such as betagrow ready to eat chicken breast and even a wide range of protein bars on top of the usual drinks and snacks despite the small size of the branch. The staff on duty, Jenny, is always cheerful and available to assist you should you require any help. Great service and always a great shopping experience here. The only down side is that it doesn’t operate 24/7.
