i came two days ago to purchase a tee and was informed if i buy 2pcs, theres a 15% disc. today, i came back to purchase the same tee in 2 different colours and was informed that theres no 15% disc, even the 10% member disc was not applicable. the miscomm and unclear promo info made the shopping experience less than satisfactory.

I had an amazing experience at the recently opened Under Armour store in Changi City Point! As someone who has been working in Changi Business Park for over a decade, I was already a huge fan of the brand, but this visit took my admiration to a whole new level. The quality of their clothing is unmatched, making it a top choice for athletes worldwide. And to my surprise, the prices at the outlet were incredibly affordable, making it a great deal for anyone looking to improve their fitness game. However, what made my visit unforgettable was the excellent service provided by the supervisor, Ms Hui Ling. She was extremely friendly, engaging, and helped us choose the perfect items. Even when we needed sizes that were not readily available, she went above and beyond to check the storeroom and find exactly what we needed. Her energy and enthusiasm were contagious, making the entire shopping experience even more enjoyable. I am excited to return and discover what other exciting surprises await me at Under Armour!

It's my first time ever buying anything from Under Armour and my experience was elevated by the friendly service staff/cashier Rafiq Danial. He went above and beyond, explaining the promotion mechanics very well, and was extremely polite. It's rare to have such good service nowadays, and this was honestly one of the contributing factors leading to me buying more. Definitely earned a loyal customer!

I visited the store around 1.30pm today and received great customer service from Rafiq. I had to try on several shoes to find the right shoe for indoor workouts. At most places, the staff would have become impatient and disinterested. Rafiq served me joyfully throughout, even when I didn't purchase in the end. We need more people like him who genuinely try to help the customer in the service sector.
