Only one poor girl on duty who had to take orders and make the orders too! Waited over 30 min for my coffee. Can’t blame her, she was lovely but I guess her boss really sucks to not put another person on duty

It's one of the worst outlets I've ever been to. At first, they forgot my order, and secondly, the milk overheated, even though she knew, she still served it.

1st time trying the breakfast here. Eggs Ben was pretty good I thought, and I like that it has plenty of fibre as well. Portion was just right. Comes with coffee of the day as a set at $13.50, which I thought was rather reasonable.

the cheesecake slaps as usual (the best cheesecake ever btw) but the chocolate mint cake is too dry! the watermelon lychee tastes like boost’s watermelon crush

If you are looking for an outdoor calm place to sip and enjoy your coffee then this is the location. Caramel Macchiato tasted better here with the ambience. Food choices are also better. Croissant options are spread from kids choices to adult choices. Outdoor larger seating area in the back is a plus for family time as well. The coffee was perfect in taste and blend. Appreciation to the barista.

I had the pleasure of visiting Changi City Point Coffee Bean today, and I must say, the team and barista Fadli were exceptional! From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine eagerness to set up a table for six, even though the café was full of patrons. The service was top-notch, and I'll definitely be back, thanks to the amazing hospitality and incredible coffee. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a high-quality, personalized coffee experience

Fast service. This cafe shop is suitable for solo or couple customers because the space is quite narrow. Food is also good. Mai is friendly and cheerful. Good Job Mai.👍🏻

Plenty of seats available on a Saturday afternoon. Ordered their breakfast platter and egg club sandwich. Both are nice. But still prefer their egg club

There's indoor and outdoor dining. The server a bit slow in preparing drinks as he was the only one doing the cashier and preparing drinks. The seat a bit cramp for indoor dining but the outdoor is more spacious.

Popped in for a quick coffee and cake for mid afternoon snack yesterday. The place was crowded but luckily one table indoors became available soon after we placed our order so we didn't have to sit outside in the heat. The seats outside were nice but it would be much better if the day had not been hot and humid. We ordered a cheesecake, plain croissant and a twisted croissant and an Americano. Service was quick and the service staff were pleasant and friendly, making small talk and joking with us as we ordered and waited for our order.

First time trying their main course and the taste was good. Please keep up the great work in terms of the quality of food, taste and serving size as this amount of food was just nice 🙏 or add abit more pasta or pizza topping would be much appreciated 🙏🙏 There is a young Malay staff boy on Sunday morning, he has really positive energy and customer service, please keep up the great work!

I had the breakfast, two for $10.90. The cashier was nice to provide me with a small cup of milk as I was hesitant to add it in or not. My son has it without milk at times.

On Sunday afternoon, i enjoyed the customer service provided by Sarah Poh, Asyraf & William. Friendly, helpful and assisted with my inquiries. i had an enjoyable tea time in this outlet. Love the cosy corner. Awesome and helpful staff. Love these cute dessert in a mug. I prefer chocolate over mango mousse coz it reminds me of Ferrero rocher. This is one of the best Christmas promo where I get to keep the cup 😇 super love it 🥰
