Not worth it! I ordered the blueberry and strawberry juice, thought it would be FRESH FRUITS. But, it’s all purée types, very disappointed. I still topped up $1 for less ice and in total, it costed me $9 for the big cup.

Absolutely zero customer service. Server asks“what” once ordered. Repeated order, looks at me and says “what do you want”m no thank you, goodbye or any sign of appreciation. How a business like this continues to survive is a mystery. Last visit to this pathetic organization.

This review is specifically for ChangiCityPoint outlet. Other outlets are okay as far as I have experienced: 1. I bought a cup of green apple juice and I could see from a far that the sticker/label on the apples were NOT peeled. This made me doubt if they had even washed the apples. 2. Bad customer service. No smile, passive, raised voice on customer who was confused.

The reason why it is 1 star is because I cannot give anything less. The auntie who served at 1145am is illiterate and makes mistakes with charging clients twice claiming that she cannot read the receipt that says transaction passed. No wonder others are saying a shake is a juice to her. I wonder if the boss of sf knows your staff is illiterate . It’s better than you use a robot to take orders instead and make sure your juicing staff is literate enough to read English .

I paid for Rock Melon Shake and I was given rock melon juice.. though I complained to the lady but she was unable to understand and she repeatedly said that it's a shake.. but there was no milk and ic cream in it. I got cheated

Went to Tampines Mall outlet today and bought banana milk without ice. I got on a cab and drank and realised there is no milk at all. From previous reviews it seems like I am not the only one who had such an encounter, strongly do not recommend.

Horrible service for Changi City Point outlet. I ordered the cool drink with no ice. Staff was extremely slow even though there was no queue at all and added ice to my drink...had to remind her again. Very unfriendly Staff at this outlet. The coconut shake is also not worth buying. Too overpriced.

The shop is definitely overpriced for sliced fruits and juice. Last Friday i about cup of fruit its just the combination of a 3 fruits however other places they ensure you get bite of almost variety of fruits. I thought could be unlucky other dat so. Today bought a juice for $5,5 and felt like drinking ice more then fruits.

The staff let someone who walked up behind me cut queue as I was starting to say my order. That’s so rude and uncultured. No wonder so many bad reviews. As I come here to give a review, saw the other many bad reviews. As at now, the service still sucks. Oh this is at Changi City Point Outlet.

Ordered drinks and was waiting for my drinks to be served. It was at 12.15pm, the cashier auntie dropped something and it fell under the counter. She went down on her knees to take it but she's using the gloves that supposed to be used when picking up or cutting fruits for customers. After picking the item up from the floor, a customer asked for watermelons and she immediately took a watermelon out from the chiller with the same gloves! This is unacceptable and unhygienic! Are you serving dirty fruits to us????????? DISGUSTING! Can you imagine how dirty the floor is??? and touching fruits after touching the floor? GROSS! Next time, please change your glove and clean your hands! Study food hygiene before you serve to your customers! Service also needs to be improved as i always asked to cut my fruits she will give me face with attitude.....

Wow, tough crowd! I didn't have near the negative experience than many have wrote about, but a lot of those seem to be older reviews. It is a tad expensive, but everything tasted fresh and the are doing everything right in front of you so there should be no surprises. I agree with it being expensive, at the same time its 2025, all fresh ingredients are expensive.
