Samsonite Changi City Point #02-19 Always like to visit Samsonite shops, it is the suitcase world. These are the quintessential luggage makers. While they don’t sell low quality luggages, they make most of the more durable suitcases on the market. According to the website... When Jesse Shwayder founded Samsonite® in 1910 in Denver, travel was once reserved for only an exclusive few, those who had the means to see the world. Given this exclusivity, travel was a high quality experience from the transportation, to the attention to service, to even the accessories used to carry one’s belongings.

Many thanks to the Chinese male manager at the outlet. He managed to help me in resolving the luggage padlock issue. Great after sales service by the manager. Well done!

We were served by Karen who was very patient and thorough with her product explanation despite the store being a little swamped by customers. She took the initiative and extra effort to source for another new piece when we discovered a minor scratch on the handle of the one we were intending to purchase. It was a truly pleasant experience buying our luggage here, all wonderfully made possible by Karen!!! Two thumbs up for her!

Had issues with my luggage bag and the service Center was sluggish with their response. However, Nick being the store manager promptly rendered his assistance and followed through with the case! Good service overall! Also, the service center delivered the replaced luggage to my house too.

Kudos to Nick! Highly recommended shopping experience, was clueless on which luggage to get but Nick was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Clarified any doubts that I had and recommended a luggage that was best suited for my needs. Was a very pleasant experience thanks to Nick and would highly recommend coming here. I appreciate the service provided which is amazing from this store. The staff were friendly and sincere,this is specially for Liza who assisted me in seaching for a particular bag even though it wasn't available. What impressed me most is that she took the extra mile to check with other store and provided me with further info of where can it be found. Definately will make my next trip here and highly recommended for her great hospitality. Thank you for excellent service Liza and the team from the same outlet.
