The staff customer service needs to be improved. Seems like I am not alone complaining that. It’s a short hair older lady. I took a jacket without spotting the size mismatch between physical and hanger tag hence in the end another checker who is the cashier also oversighted which resulted in me needing to get back to the shop to ask for exchange but the one who served me earlier shoo me off by asking me wait, payment customer goes first. So I waited although it was empty at the cashier initially when I arrived to exchange which is also barely 10 mins that I paid for the merchandise before I returned. The other lady who is younger served me but also not very friendly however better than the older one. Maybe it’s an outlet shop so it’s normal to receive outlet service. Am I right Puma?

Visited PUMA Changi City Point on 6 Aug around 8pm for the second time and was once again impressed by Eric’s outstanding service! He was extremely helpful, patient, and even helped my elderly grandma tie her shoelaces. Truly went above and beyond – thank you, Eric!

Came to this outlet at 9pm to make my Purchase for shoes after deciding to go for Puma amongst all other Famous brand in the mall. Was about to make payment when staff May told me to get 1 more item to enjoy a 40% off as I already took 1 pair of shoes and 1 bag. Came back to the counter to have both May and Amy at the counter still serving another customer. May than instructed my helper to the right side for payment. when my helper went to the right , Amy told my helper to wait. May then told my helper to pass the item to her and at the end they made my helper look like a fool holding and wanting to pass the item but at the end no one took it . I was just watching them all along at the back. When it was our turn to make payment , that’s when I was shocked by Amy’s rude customer service by giving that “disgusted” look and ask Only 1 item? This was when I got so pissed off I pointed 2 other items and said 2 more at you back.. is this how Puma train their staff ? And regardless the discount we are still paying 3 digits for the total bill. Please re train ur staff by don’t judge a book by its cover . Just because we wear simple does not mean we don’t have the capacity to shop at puma. So disappointing.

I visited the Changi City Point outlet on 29 July afternoon around 5PM with my sister, in search of the Deviate Nitro 3. While we were navigating through various sizes and color options, one staff member overheard our discussion and proactively offered to check availability at other stores—without us even asking. That initiative alone made a big impression! At the same time, another team member assisted us patiently in determining the right size, even though he was aware that our preferred colorways weren’t available at the outlet. Despite the limitations, his commitment to helping us make the best decision was evident. Both staff displayed exceptional customer service, going beyond transactional interactions and making us feel genuinely cared for. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and warm attitude turned what could’ve been a stressful search into a pleasant experience. Truly commendable! Sorry that I overlooked to get their names though.
