PUMA products are good and durable. They have always got a promo here and we purchase for our use and some are gifts to my family in the Philippines. My favorite promo is the buy 2 take 1 on selected items, maybe this was the reason why me and my wife wearing PUMA shoes now. If you stays here in Singapore, don't forget to ask for membership so you can get points. I used my points recently because it is going to expire so I went to one of their outlet and get some socks for free. PS: I really want and need a socks that time so I take it than other things. 1point = 1SGD. Overall rating is 9.5/10

Terrible quality and QC, bought a pair of sneakers that started cracking and tearing just after a few days worth of use. The PUMA outlet rep on google asked to send the details of the issue on a reply to this review, but a complaint letter sent to PUMA's support email was not replied to at all and the rep has since deleted their reply. This pair of shoes have only been falling apart since then and it has already had large chunks of 'leather' fall off of the tongue. Quality is even worse than the unbranded knockoff shoes from Taobao with much worse support. Avoid buying from PUMA in general and look for shoes from other outlets like Skechers or Nike and Adidas instead.

Reasonable price. Friendly and helpful staff. But the cashier person was bit attitude. Other staff was really good to the customers. I have purchased from here several times and love this brand. The prices are very reasonable. Many promotions also there. Don't forget to get the membership if you buy from this brand often.

Have been using PUMA shoes for a while and I am happy about their durability, and comfortability. The PUMA store here is an factory outlet. This is the nearest factory outlet near to the airport. The prices are lower than the other outlet prices but the latest designs are not available. But i would say you can get genuine good quality shoes for a very reasonable price here. Sneakers would cost around 80-120 SGD.
