The customer service is awesome. The sweet aunty working there was so kind and gave me a generous portion of biscoff filling. The waffles is crispy on the edge and soft on the inside! I love it. The cakes are also delicious and the aunty even told me about the expiry date before getting it to make sure I know. I really appreciate it thanks! Pls do visit this store whenever you have a chance to.

Visited this place today (27/10) around 10:30 AM, and the service I received was beyond unacceptable. The lady working there was incredibly rude. I was simply trying to buy a waffle and milk tea, but her attitude was unbelievably hostile. She was dismissive, rolling her eyes, and seemed irritated. It felt like I was inconveniencing her just by being there! I was shocked at how unprofessional she was. No one deserves to be treated like that, especially customers. Definitely won’t be visiting if I saw her, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who expects basic courtesy and decent service. Avoid at all costs!

If I could give the service 0 stars I would! Incredibly rude old lady at the counter, who rushes you to make the order when you aren’t even in queue and just standing at the side looking through options. She needs to desperately correct her attitude considering there are so many negative reviews about her! The management should take note. Customers are not an inconvenience to a business, don’t treat them like one.

Visited on 14 Jan 7pm: I DONT EVEN WANT TO GIVE 1 STAR. ZERO STARS FOR THE SERVICE . No communication between staff especially this elderly lady at the cashier counter. She is very rude. I was pushing a pram , happily wanted to order a waffle. She chase me to the other end to make order waffle and said ordering not here. So I thought FINE, maybe payment is not done here. I u turn and walk with my heavy pram to the other side just to order. But before I reach, some other lady just cut my queue and ordered 4 Waffles. But I am the one who is at the cashier before this lady who cut the queue come into pic. I tell myself nvm it’s ok. I order my waffles thinking I can make payment immediately yet the staff send me back to the cashier AGAIN. WHATTTT?! Why throw the customer like a ball. Throw me here and there without proper explanation. No communication between staff at work. No teamwork?!?! What is wrong with ordering at the counter? Must it be separately so clearly? Why cannot let me make payment? I can also walk over myself if the old lady staff is so LAZY to pass the message to the other staff who is an arm length away from her but let me make the payment first right since I am already . Why so rigid with the hard rules. Plus no one is at the waffles queue when I am at the cashier. No customer at all. Only me. I mean it’s just one sentence right. She even dare to talk back and give me attitude and say everywhere is the same ORDER FIRST THEN PAY FIRST. SURE OR NOT. Seletar Mall Prima deli previously deliver such a good service and have never separate like this . I have never hear such thing. Even if it’s true, THIS OLD LADY ATTITUDE IS THE WORST. SO RUDE and NASTY. Make me lost all my appetite.

Ordered kaya waffle and it was ok. Visited the outlet on 8 Jul, around 430pm. I am very unhappy about the elderly sales lady in tudung service attitude. Extremely rude and offensive. Clearly the service staffs attitude can be improved (need a lot). They do not communicate within themselves at all. Extremely disappointed that I must provide this feedback.
