Aunty is very friendly, introduced their waffles as natural made recipes and no other added ingredients. Many choices to choose from in terms of the flavours. Double flavours doable with additional prices. The waffles is soft and really worth to go for.

When it comes to consistently good waffle and at this price point, there is none other than PrimaDeli waffle. It’s a favourite across all ages and at anytime of the day. It is soft, light, fluffy and crispy on the outside when eaten fresh out of the waffle maker. To me, the plain version is my favourite most of the time to savour the goodness of the waffle.

Prima deli is famous for their freshly made crisp waffles. If you make a customer wait for fresh made crisp hot waffles, it better be hot and fresh.

Disappointing Experience - 18 November 2024 ~6:10PM I recently visited PrimaDéli at Changi City point, hoping to enjoy their offerings, but my experience was far from pleasant. While the shop displayed an impressive variety of cakes and pastries, the behavior of the staff left a sour taste in my mouth. As I browsed through the options, the staff kept interrupting repeatedly, asking, "Which one do you want?" It seemed like they were in a rush to wrap up the transaction without giving me the time to decide. Their attitude was impatient, and the constant questioning made the process of selecting a cake unnecessarily stressful. Shopping for cakes is often about taking time to decide on the perfect option for an occasion or mood. Unfortunately, the staff's rude and hurried demeanor turned what should have been an enjoyable experience into a frustrating one. This visit was disappointing, and I hope the management can address the staff's behavior to ensure future customers are treated with patience and respect. A little courtesy can go a long way in improving customer experiences.

Very soft and fluffy waffles (not dense at all for those who like dense waffles), but I feel it is lacking in the fragrant pandan taste..

Bought some chocolate tarts, durian puffs and custard puffs from here. Sadly, the durian puffs do not taste like durian .. Guess it’s durian flavoured. Very light durian taste only. Custard puffs also not up to standard. Won’t return again. The children tried the chocolate tarts so I can’t comment about the taste.. Each piece of these costs $1+ which was not worth it for its taste .

Got some lil bites from the office today morning and wanted to rearrange some items upon purchase to mix and match. Lady (sorry I didn’t ask for name but a malay lady) tending the shop was so helpful. 5stars for Great customer service :)
