Went around a few stores in Changi City Point as my husband and I wanted to get a new pair of shoes. Came into New Balance & store was nicely renovated and they shifted from Lvl 2 to B1. The staff Sabrina helped us alot in finding the right sizes for us and explained the ongoing promo too! Was attended to by Haylyn at the cashier. Really friendly and helpful too! Will definitely come back to this store again.

Bradley was very helpful and patient with us whilst shipping. He made sure we had the right sizes before purchasing and double checked everything. Great service and prices.

The outlet is very spacious and well-kept. Although it’s an outlet store, the display, lighting, and product arrangement give it the feel of a regular retail shop. My interactions with the staff were mixed. My first encounter with a male staff member was rather underwhelming, as he didn’t seem very interested in assisting me. I ended up browsing for sizes on my own, since the more enthusiastic staff were occupied with other customers. Fortunately, Haylyn eventually attended to me with thoughtful recommendations. She was approachable, attentive, and provided clear, relevant advice on the shoes best suited for my workouts. I truly appreciated her guidance, as I was quite lost about what to choose. Service like hers should not be taken for granted—thank you, Haylyn!

Just visited New Balance Store at Changi City on 6 Aug 2025 and received great service from Zainor Fitri! Zainor Fitri was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Made excellent recommendations and ensured I found the perfect fit. Highly recommend Zainor for his exceptional customer service skills!

My friend & I visited this New Balance outlet on May 09, 2025. We were very impressed by the positive attitude & enthusiastic salesmanship of this staff called Aniq. I was looking for a pair of sports shoes to replace my much used walking shoes. I wear a size 36 but pending on the cut & style of sports shoes, I may sometimes need size 36.5 to feel more comfortable. Sighted 2 potential pairs of shoes to consider. Aniq was extremely patient to bring out 2 different sizes 36 & 37 for me to try. He guided me on how to test ease & comfort level as I tried on the shoes. Showed me how to gauge the space allowance for my toe area, and back of heel. Because of Aniq's warm & amiable personality, he made my shopping spree such a delightful experience. I ended up buying 2 pairs of shoes instead of one pair! When you need to shop for new sports shoes, just head over to the New Balance outlet at Changi City Point & look for Aniq. You will not be disappointed with his service!
