They have moved to Basement 1 where the former NTUC FairPrice Finest used to be. Very beautiful outlet shop that looks like a concept store. The shop staff are very friendly, especially Rahmat who gave a lot of recommendations. I was looking for a black shoes and I had flat feet, he was able to recommend a pair that really fits my needs.

What a stunning factory outlet store they have here! It’s visually appealing and easy to navigate. Plus, they offer a wide variety of selections to choose from.

Sales person Zainor Fitri at Changi City point outlet was super patient, showed many variants of shoes to suit the foot well. Really appreciate salesmanship, service mindset and care towards NB customers. Highly recommended.

New Balance outlet in the east. A nicely spaced out shop to browse tops, bottoms and many array of shoes and sneakers. Prices all neatly displayed. Staff are ever present to assist. A good shop to find good deals, though some series may be seasonal.

Quite disappointed with the range here to be honest. Nothing much in terms of running shoes or apparels. The offers rack only has very limited designs and almost all odd sizes. Running shoes also super limited.

Zainul from the Changi City Point outlet is super helpful! He helped me to find every single shoe I needed to purchase. I was being a lot in bulk and each one had a different purpose, and he was able to get the specific shoe for each specific need. He is amazing at listening to a customer's needs and great at communicating the features of the different models of shoe. Would come to this outlet just to be able to buy from him again! Felt like a VIP :)
