I took the buzzer and asked how long the wait for the Saba fish and chicken will be. She told me ten minutes. I took a walk outside the food court. There is a water playground as well as a dry area outside the foodcourt. However, the wet area was under renovation. The saba fish and chicken was worth the wait. They use Japanese pearl rice and the saba fish was cooked to perfection with the right amount of sauce. I consumed the crispy skin of the fish too. Chicken was adequately seasoned and it was still tender when consumed.

This review is for the mala tang store near the entrance. We ordered the dry version. We asked for medium spicy — it was not spicy at all!! Luckily we did not go for the small spicy. The dry version pales in comparison to so many Mala Xiang Guo in Singapore. No spicy taste, just salty, and not cheap. Easily the worst mala Xiang Guo in Singapore I have tried. Why sell a China dish if you can’t match the taste of the real deal? In summary, a waste of money and calories.

The korean stall at the corner can do better. Ordered beancurd soup & spicy chicken soup - it was $7 but it was tasteless. Got them to recook again and it just tasted salty. Definitely would not come back again!

Ordered the yong tau fu here, I saw fly flying around the food but still ordered anyway. Didn't choose the one I saw fly fying at. Wasn't really taste good, it was ok. The place wasn't as big as it was before - previous food court.

Mala stall idk why always got so much water at the bottom when I ask for dry, it dilutes the otherwise nice taste. The guy cooking need to drain for few more seconds then ok liao but he in a rush for no reason lol. Banmian stall the noodle not cooked till finished, so its still a bit hard. The texture not nice. The chilli from there also super sour, perhaps too much vinegar.

Started in Jun2023, this Halal food court is clean and neatly organized. I tried the Curry Rice $5.80 with chicken cutlet. The addition of Acar and Cereal Flakes gives an extra “Oomp!” To the taste, and the stall is quite generous when I asked for extra curry!

This review is for the Mala hotpot at My Kampung! We ordered a sizeable quantity of Mala for three people with a bunch of veggies and it was absolutely SCRUMPTIOUS. It was so flavourful and filling and my mom claims that this is the best Mala she’s had so far in Singapore! The recently renovated food court has a fresh and appealing appearance; however, during our visit, it was extremely crowded, which made the environment feel congested. Additionally, there seemed to be insufficient ventilation as the aroma of food lingered heavily in the air. :o Would highly recommend getting the Mala! (Oh and shoutout to the fruit store beside the ban main store - their melon was nice and fresh :P)

This review is for the Ban Mian Fish Soup store. I was in the queue, waiting to place my order and pay at the cashier's. As I stood in line, one of the Muslim staff members took order from the girl behind me. I was surprised since no one had asked me for my order. When I finally reached the cashier, the Chinese lady told me to place my order before paying. I turned to the Muslim staff member, and she started shouting, 'I asked you earlier, and you didn't want to place your order!' I was taken aback by her reaction. Firstly, I wasn't asked for my order in the first place. Even if she had asked, couldn't she have asked a second time? The cashier was very apologetic and understanding. She told me not to get angry, and wanted me to enjoy my meal without any frustration. I believe there should be signs displayed to indicate where to place orders and where to pay/collect. With clear signage, all these misunderstandings could be avoided, and there would be no need for me to be 'shouted' at for no reason." This incident marks my first and last visit to this store. I came to CCP just to satisfy my hunger, but even before I could eat, my appetite had already disappeared.

Located at L2 in CCP. Ordered clear Tom yum soup from Thai empire (My kampung). They provided a clear liquid with small battered pieces, were mostly gooey, no fish slices, 2 small rings of sotong and 2 small prawns. Rest were small pieces of tomato and carrot. Felt cheated as I was charged 6.80. Most tables were not clean. Would not recommend.
