This review is for the mala tang store near the entrance. We ordered the dry version. We asked for medium spicy — it was not spicy at all!! Luckily we did not go for the small spicy.
The dry version pales in comparison to so many Mala Xiang Guo in Singapore. No spicy taste, just salty, and not cheap. Easily the worst mala Xiang Guo in Singapore I have tried. Why sell a China dish if you can’t match the taste of the real deal?
In summary, a waste of money and calories.

The korean stall at the corner can do better.
Ordered beancurd soup & spicy chicken soup - it was $7 but it was tasteless. Got them to recook again and it just tasted salty.
Definitely would not come back again!

Ordered the yong tau fu here, I saw fly flying around the food but still ordered anyway. Didn't choose the one I saw fly fying at.
Wasn't really taste good, it was ok.
The place wasn't as big as it was before - previous food court.

Mala stall idk why always got so much water at the bottom when I ask for dry, it dilutes the otherwise nice taste. The guy cooking need to drain for few more seconds then ok liao but he in a rush for no reason lol.
Banmian stall the noodle not cooked till finished, so its still a bit hard. The texture not nice. The chilli from there also super sour, perhaps too much vinegar.

This review is for the Ban Mian Fish Soup store.
I was in the queue, waiting to place my order and pay at the cashier's. As I stood in line, one of the Muslim staff members took order from the girl behind me. I was surprised since no one had asked me for my order. When I finally reached the cashier, the Chinese lady told me to place my order before paying. I turned to the Muslim staff member, and she started shouting, 'I asked you earlier, and you didn't want to place your order!'
I was taken aback by her reaction. Firstly, I wasn't asked for my order in the first place. Even if she had asked, couldn't she have asked a second time?
The cashier was very apologetic and understanding. She told me not to get angry, and wanted me to enjoy my meal without any frustration.
I believe there should be signs displayed to indicate where to place orders and where to pay/collect. With clear signage, all these misunderstandings could be avoided, and there would be no need for me to be 'shouted' at for no reason."
This incident marks my first and last visit to this store. I came to CCP just to satisfy my hunger, but even before I could eat, my appetite had already disappeared.

Located at L2 in CCP. Ordered clear Tom yum soup from Thai empire (My kampung). They provided a clear liquid with small battered pieces, were mostly gooey, no fish slices, 2 small rings of sotong and 2 small prawns. Rest were small pieces of tomato and carrot. Felt cheated as I was charged 6.80. Most tables were not clean. Would not recommend.

Visited the curry and yong tau foo stalls. The food was pretty good and it was nice to have halal options, but I concurred with other reviews about the general lack of service from the various stalls, esp the Korean stall. While I was checking out the menu at the stall, the staff barked "what you want, what you want" in a very rude manner at the stranger next to me who was also looking at the menu, as if she owed the staff money. We exchanged glances and unanimously decided to walk away and checked out other stalls instead. The unpleasant attitude probably explained the lack of queue at the stall.

TLDR:
mala tasteless & expensive
@ $2.86/g regardless of vege or meat
1 star for the mala shop, ordered mala dry and more ma, totally no taste at all. is just chilli oil with water.
why 1 star?
1st kill: $33 so exp with just vege and abit of popcorn chicken
2nd kill: totally tasteless just water boiled food + diluted chilli oil & water for the sauce
totally jiak few mouths and already jiak buey loh.
really never gonna patronize this stall anymore, if its exp is ok. but its worse when its exp & ITS NOT EVEN TASTY. not edible at all. not worth the calories.
should have actually stick to my ori plan, mcdonalds. at least more worth the $ and calories!
2* for the food court cause not enough seats and v cramp.

The curry sauce is so so, not so much curry taste.
The provide some pico and chillies quite okay.
Service is good.

I took the buzzer and asked how long the wait for the Saba fish and chicken will be. She told me ten minutes. I took a walk outside the food court. There is a water playground as well as a dry area outside the foodcourt. However, the wet area was under renovation.
The saba fish and chicken was worth the wait. They use Japanese pearl rice and the saba fish was cooked to perfection with the right amount of sauce. I consumed the crispy skin of the fish too. Chicken was adequately seasoned and it was still tender when consumed.

Started in Jun2023, this Halal food court is clean and neatly organized. I tried the Curry Rice $5.80 with chicken cutlet. The addition of Acar and Cereal Flakes gives an extra “Oomp!” To the taste, and the stall is quite generous when I asked for extra curry!

This review is for the Mala hotpot at My Kampung!
We ordered a sizeable quantity of Mala for three people with a bunch of veggies and it was absolutely SCRUMPTIOUS. It was so flavourful and filling and my mom claims that this is the best Mala she’s had so far in Singapore!
The recently renovated food court has a fresh and appealing appearance; however, during our visit, it was extremely crowded, which made the environment feel congested. Additionally, there seemed to be insufficient ventilation as the aroma of food lingered heavily in the air. :o
Would highly recommend getting the Mala! (Oh and shoutout to the fruit store beside the ban main store - their melon was nice and fresh :P)

We are told it was once a Kopitiam foodcourt before what is now My Kampung. A familiar name my wife reminded of the delish authentic of old skool kampung style chicken rice that we used to pick up from Sengkang Mall and so I was like that's fantastic that we can savour them more conveniently nearby now. And for us — based on a tip from a beloved old friend who knew how much our Aspie son loves the popular hearty soulfood halal Ban Mian stall at Fork & Spoon — just having their sister stall called Terbaik(The Best) also inside My Kampung is enough reason to pop over. What was a pleasant surprise is to see almost literally all the stalls at the foodcourt offering halal options. From Japanese staple classics to mouth-watering Nasi Padang to inviting Mala Hotpot galore (to the delirious delight of my daughter) to comforting Yong Taufu delights to shiok Curry rice sets to many more we cannot wait to sample and tuck into over time.
How wonderful and such a blessing that is for us. And, on top of that, the whole of the expansive Changi City Point mall is teamed with so many familiar and favourite choices of restaurants and eateries that are also halal such that one is spoiled for choices. This is definitely our family's new favourite venue for makan choices which is a short drive away for us at the North East of Upper Changi Road. It is a spacious mall with ample parking spaces. And connected via MRT too. Oh, the mall is also a haven of discounted factory outlet offers from well known brands. What's not to like.

I am a huge fan of Mala. In my quest to find the best Mala Hotpot, I tried this Mala Hotpot @ My Kampung. I was absolutely blown away by this mala. This might probably be the best Mala in Singapore.
We order this for lunch for 2 people. I grabbed some vege Broccoli, carrots, onion,.chicken, mushroom and 2 block of Maggi noodles. Asked for dry option with spice level - medium. I Had slight fear that it might be too spicy, But the final mala Hotpot dish was well balanced and so flavourful. It was the yummiest mala I have ever tasted.
But for this Mala stall, it's just 5 ⭐. i Highly recommend to try this Mala Hotpot. you won't regret.
Three cheers for the Mala Hotpot stall
Just be mindful to sit somewhere far away as the air near the main stalls have very strong overpowering wierd oudor. Management need to seriously work on ventilation. Two star less for atmosphere.
