Service from this store are terrible, went today around 7.38pm and check with the store employee about birthday promotions for my birthday month. Staff refused to help and ask me to search online myself

a closing staff saw me looking at the menu but proceeded to go to the back for solid 5 min while i stand there waiting for her to come out and when she did i told her what i wanted and her response and tone was so rude and rushing like as if it was closed already but it was just 9:15pm 26 july 2025. i understand it was close to 10 but its unacceptable so i had to rush my order and didnt even get the chance to tell her what size of drink i wanted. i really hope liho take action for this.

Usually Liho's Golden Avocado is tasty, but the drink I got from the CCP branch tasted nothing like Avocado... service was non-existent too.

Gave one too many chances and now I recall why I don't order from CCP's Liho, the classic milk tea is giving ~diluted water~

cashier and worker kept talking to other customers and the app didnt state it was ready for collection and made me stand there for 15 mins. never buying again.

They only allowed to order via apps. I've to purposely download the apps just to order the drink. Some more the shopee voucher cannot be used just bcos they only can order from their apps

Ordered the strawberry matcha with mochi and asked for less pearls but almost the whole cup was filled with pearls and mochi?! There was hardly any drink and the strawberry totally overpowered the matcha. Diabetic sweetness. I ordered a drink, not a freaking dessert!!
