Service from this store are terrible, went today around 7.38pm and check with the store employee about birthday promotions for my birthday month. Staff refused to help and ask me to search online myself

I really love their Avocado Fresh milk tea, not so sweet and I can still taste the oolong tea and the pearl was soft and chewy, Perfect

a closing staff saw me looking at the menu but proceeded to go to the back for solid 5 min while i stand there waiting for her to come out and when she did i told her what i wanted and her response and tone was so rude and rushing like as if it was closed already but it was just 9:15pm 26 july 2025. i understand it was close to 10 but its unacceptable so i had to rush my order and didnt even get the chance to tell her what size of drink i wanted. i really hope liho take action for this.
