Came here on a Sunday noon, and there were already seats that were filled. Very much so from the crowd coming from the expo halls. Space wise is very limited, and tables were quite close to each other. Selections were sufficient, but would like more variety in terms of food options. Soup base has a good variety. I ordered the tomato soup base, and the minimum order quantity is 280g. Soup is quite sticky from the noodles we chose, more of like a gravy. Our portion came up to be $27, and it's enough to feed 2 hungry people. Also ordered dumplings to share which is a small portion for 2 people at $4.90. Pretty okay as well.

I actually like the soup. But this time I visited Suntec outlet. There’s an ant/insect inside the soup. Didn’t bother to tell the staff also because they are not friendly. MOST IMPORTANTLY, The cleaner started to clean my table before I leave, once I stopped eating, he start to clean and EVEN spray the alcohol towards me. That was quite funny. Because they are not busy (430 weekday) and other tables finished long ago and never leave. I just sit for 20 min.

Located at B1 of Changi City Point. Managed to enter before the lunch crowd came. Had a wide variety of food, surprised to find clams and mussels here. There are a carrot noodles, purple potato noodles too. Had tomato based soup, with lots of mushrooms and vegetable. The price was a bit high. However, the quality of the food and soup was good enough to compensate for the price. Will definitely go back again!

Fuss free ordering, and just that not much ingredients left at night. Easy to choose items, just have to ensure you choose the ‘lighter’ items if you are on a budget. I like the pork broth that gong yuan offers. Staff is friendly and shop is clean. Service is relatively fast.

Not to go during weekdays lunch hours. Queue was confusing, and staff did not have proper queue system for in store dining. When feedback, staff said they mentioned to management but nothing can be done (not even a poster to indicate), and asked customer to feedback to management instead. Instead of letting customer find a table first, they did not stop customer from entering to look for table, and scold customers for reserving table before ordering. Staff said that the table should be available for those who have placed their orders instead of those who are still ordering. This system is flawed. Cos if customer didn't get a table first, how do they feel at ease to order. What if there's no table available upon their food is ready.
