Very convenient store near to IT park. Prices are little better compared with Marina Bay Sands outlet. Best time to buy is when there is a sale.

Bryan was such a friendly and helpful staff, he went above and beyond in terms of recommending which products to get, how to store the bags and prevent cracking, and even suggested colour combinations and the collections that were most value for money. It was such a joy to shop here because of his excellent service. Would come back to Coach to shop again hahaha

Justin and a malay girl didnt manage to get her name assisted me on my enquiry regarding my faulty strap. They managed to ‘make it right’ without me sending over for repair. Amazed with their well knowledge on products! Very helpful and will definitely come back to shop at this outlet!

I dropped them a text to check if the item I wanted was still in stock, and Joana replied super quickly and even reserved the last piece for me. All the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. When Joana found out the item was a gift, she immediately offered to wrap it up—so thoughtful and generous! Overall, really great service and a wonderful experience.

The staff unfriendly n never serve the costomer well especially the Chinese girl stand there like a statue looking like people no money to buy hello it just coach not Hermes n CHANNEL VERY BAD ATTITUDE PLS CHANGE UR STAFF DO MORE BRIEFINGS TO THEM ASK THEM BE SMILING FACE I WANTED TO PURCHASE BUT DISLIKE THE WAY THE STAFF APPROACHED NOT PROFESSIONAL!!!!! Nobody will buy if ur staff attitude like this!!! Terrible salesgirl
