Rubbish customer service.. what life time warranty of cleaning services and all i asked for is to clean my wallet and were told, 'sorry, we don't do cleaning on weekends.. only available from monday to thursday.' Its not as if they are so busy and pre-occupied.. So only if i purchase something then i'll be treated correctly? Wake up!!! Not everybody is free to pay you a visit on weekday to get their stuffs cleaned!!!

Mr Bryan is a wonderful staff at coach Changi City Point outlet . I will say that as I walk in to the store being only 14 year old , people will judge you and ignore as you are a kid but that is not what Mr Bryan did . I show him what I want to get and he tell me the discounted price and get me a new one and also wrap it for me since I was getting it for someone special . The next day I went gain to get my brother a cardholder as a gift since he is getting discharged from the hospital. Yet he did not fail to give me a wonderful service too . Lastly I will like to thank all the staff there regardless you have serve me or not for your wonderful work and service. Pls also come to Changi City Point coach outlet are as they are having a 50 percent off discount and is really very cheap and affordable. Sorry if my English is bad or idk . That’s is all , and do remember to drop by folks . Have a good night everyone.

Got a wallet for myself and my friend. Came with my husband and we were entertained by this very friendly malay lady. didn’t manage to get her name but i was really happy with the service. when i told that im getting for my friend as a gift she offered if i wanted it box up and also offered if i wanted a card. i’ll definitely come again 🥰

As I entered the store, this sales person came to me saying there’s 50% off. Subsequently while browsing around, another salesperson told me that there’s 50% off and an additional 10% off storewide just for today. I also heard another salesperson telling an entering customer the same thing(50% + 10%) As I made purchase, the first salesperson went to the counter and only keyed in 51% off. Puzzled, we asked her why is that so, she insisted that the other one is smaller so it is cheaper. But all along I was only looking at the same bag as the one I purchased.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic experience at Expo Outlet thanks to Peili’s excellent service. When I brought up that my bag’s logo was damaged and missing, she immediately helped me resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. She really cared about not wasting my time and made sure I felt valued as a customer. Peili is caring, enthusiastic, and incredibly professional.
