Bought a pair of working shoes where the heel broke off within a few months. Thought it was a one off incident and (stupidly) bought another pair from them. The seam at the side for this pair broke within a few months. Will not be buying from them again.

We were surprised that bata doesn't provide carrier for buying leather shoe. We were asked to pay for paper bag. What kind of service? This will be our last time stepping into bata. This is how bata treat their customers! We bought a pair of shoe from hush puppies next door, service was excellent and they provide recycled bag for shoe in a box. Please note Bata also no longer give discounts to their members, only can collect points. No more business from us. Goodbye Bata!

Went to Bata Expo Branch today and I really wanna buy some shoes for my niece and nephew. Apparently the lady staff seems unhappy with me checking the shoe and sizes, and was told that all same size but I saw some other sizes though. Take note.. its not even busy, no customer at all(just me). I eventually felt uncomfortable and never buy any eventhough i really want to..

Bata is having sales now at Changi City Point. Bata Comfit Sandals' usual price $49.95 are selling at $30 today 16 August 2017. I bought 2 pairs. One pair of black and one pair of brown. Bata's Comfit Sandals are very comfortable to the feet, and provide better grip on most surfaces. The comfortable padding and soft material give gentle feel. This offer is definitely better than all previous offers of 50% discount on the second pair. Good buy 😃
