Filipino cashier with specs in pony tail has extremely poor attitude and rude. Shouted at customer just because they do not have cash. There was no need to shout at a customer simply because of a payment method. Patronise this shop if you want to have high Blood pressure.

Went to get a peach tea for $1.25 and handed the filipino lady cashier $10.00 . Tried to pull a fast one on me and gave me $0.75 in change. I asked her and she denied it saying something vague about how the system would have registerd it. Had to ask another staff member to review the CCTV footage to get my 8 bucks back. Giving 3 stars instead of 1 cus the other cashier looked super done with her.

Cashier lady who is a Filipino lady wearing spectacle with a pony tail is rude. We were queuing and she SAW. When it came to us, she said this isn’t the correct queue. We were literally behind the guy buy we move slightly to the right so that we don’t block people from walking. I was carrying two mineral bottle only. She just dismissed us and call another person. I’m sure you guys have cctv all over the store to review this matter. Please have some basic courtesy it doesn’t kill to be nice. In the end we left without purchasing anything, don’t think it’s worth to spend a cent with rude and unapologetic staff!

Please check your amount when u pay. Bought 2 ice lemon tea for 1.25 each. Paid $3 (1x 2 dollar note and an old version of 1 dollar coin). When i asked for my change, the female Cashier is loud and rude and insisted that i paid 2.50 instead. I remember what i took out and informed her of the breakdown of the amount. But she still insisted i gave 2.50 . I left the store not because i don't want my change and neither is my mistake cos i dun want to make a big fuss out of it. But I just want patrons to be more alert with the amount u give in case you encounter this cashier at Changi City Point outlet.

This is a great place to buy imported chocolate at affordable prices. They offer a wide variety of chocolates, cookies, and chips, including various junk food options. Please note that there's a minimum purchase requirement if you want to pay with cards.

May be consider accepting Paynow/Paylah even for less than 5$ purchase. Or atleast if any logistics issue consider a transaction charge of 20-30 cents
