Online retail price on Traveller World website for Sumuzu luggage, model SMZ765, size 28 is $159. Price at Traveller World retail shop at Changi Business park retails $169. On the same day that I bought the luggage, noticed $10 difference for the identical product under the same company. I feedback to their customer service and questioned about the price difference and requested for $10 refund. They admitted that it's an error but on the other hand, they claimed that it's ongoing campaign or promotion within different platform. They also said they have since updated the price to $169. Therefore, refuse to make refund. Their explanation is confusing and contradictory. They admitted it's an error however its an ongoing campaign or promotion? Which is which? If this is an ongoing campaign and promotion, why they have to change the price from $159 to $169 on their website ?

I love shopping at the Winter Time! Although there are other winter clothing stores island wide, I honestly feel that in terms of quality, Winter Time's winter clothing are more durable and able to keep one warm during winter time. Their staff used a colorful chart to help me determine which type of jacket is more suitable at what temperature. It is unfortunate that Winter Time's business has been badly hit by COVID-19 that many of their outlets had been closed... Can't be helped as it is really impossible for us to travel now... Hopefully the world will get out of this pandemic soon so Winter Time can continue to stay in the business!

I recently visited the shop at Changi City Point with my mom and brother and the staff were very nice .Especially Angie and Mae Lee, they both stayed with us till past closing time and were very nice about it. :)

Went Traveller World to get my winter wear for a vacation trip. The staff there is knowledgeable in the clothing requirements and have given good feedback on the suitability of the selections.

I would like to take this chance to extend my kind appreciation to the winter time staff of changi city point in the name of peter ,,i want to say thanks to him for being so patient humble and polite,he always put a smile on his face,,when u approach him,ive been to event last week and bought a luggage bag,i highly recommend this winter time shop Ccp,,if u need a good quality of stuff😊 u guys can visit their shop😊
