The shop belong to Winter Time that frequently have sales in Expo. Big disappointment to purchase the items from Winter Time. The items were poor quality and spoil after 1 time use. The gloves came off the button and unable to put back and it happened during the trip. The shoes cost $70 it started to peel off on the first day of wearing.

Online retail price on Traveller World website for Sumuzu luggage, model SMZ765, size 28 is $159. Price at Traveller World retail shop at Changi Business park retails $169. On the same day that I bought the luggage, noticed $10 difference for the identical product under the same company. I feedback to their customer service and questioned about the price difference and requested for $10 refund. They admitted that it's an error but on the other hand, they claimed that it's ongoing campaign or promotion within different platform. They also said they have since updated the price to $169. Therefore, refuse to make refund. Their explanation is confusing and contradictory. They admitted it's an error however its an ongoing campaign or promotion? Which is which? If this is an ongoing campaign and promotion, why they have to change the price from $159 to $169 on their website ?

I took some time to leave this review as I was busy, but I hope the company notices and convey my thanks to him for excellent service that is not as easily found in the retail industry nowadays. Traveller world. Changi City Point #02-15/16 Many high quality luggages and bags. Traveller World is the flagship store of the well-known Winter Time brand. The merchandise are displayed according to gender and temperature. First time travelers to cold climate would be able to shop without a hitch. Its staff offers advice to customers on what is needed for different travel destination, fulfilling every necessity of the customers to the fullest.

A pleasant shopping experience with the great service provided by the staff: Maelee, a chinese lady maybe in her 50s. We were there for more than an hr and she was totally patient, friendly and pro-active in answering all our questions and gave practical suggestions to our choice of luggage. She also shared her own travel experience and made us laugh alot. Though it's towards the end of the day, she still so filled with energy serving every customers. Compliments for her good service despite the busy-ness attending to different customers, she never fails to always come back to check on us if we need further help. Gave us a few rounds of demo on how to set luggage pin, showing various models and telling us it's features and differences to make comparism. We are so impressed by her service that we bought 2 luggages to appreciate her awesome service! She's a great testimony that matured workers can be a great asset to a company. Winter Time is blessed to have a employee like Maelee. I hope the company will reward her for good job done! Kudos 👍👍👍

I love shopping at the Winter Time! Although there are other winter clothing stores island wide, I honestly feel that in terms of quality, Winter Time's winter clothing are more durable and able to keep one warm during winter time. Their staff used a colorful chart to help me determine which type of jacket is more suitable at what temperature. It is unfortunate that Winter Time's business has been badly hit by COVID-19 that many of their outlets had been closed... Can't be helped as it is really impossible for us to travel now... Hopefully the world will get out of this pandemic soon so Winter Time can continue to stay in the business!
