Nice place nice marketing. But the onion soup is really out of my imagination. The way they describe at the promo board like it’s sound delicious. I only taste sweet and bitter. Will definitely not come again. They have free samplers. Maybe you should try and see if suite your taste

The truffle mushroom risotto is shocking. The truffle fragrant is only for the nose. Not only it has no taste. The salt is free. The staff was apologetic and offer me alternative but i decline. Staff's effort was worth the extra stars.

I was disappointed with my recent purchase as the vegetables were shredded thick instead of thin, which wasn’t what I expected. It was hard to see the original appearance of the dish before purchasing, and the texture didn’t meet my preference. Better transparency about the preparation style would have been appreciated.

Unfortunately, the quality of soup, which is their speciality, is no longer commendable for its quality in terms of thickness and taste. This is in comparison to having had drank their soup in the past, but it's been a while. $16 for the whole meal is not worth for the quality of food served. Table at the front on the far left side of entering here had water spillage and was dirty. No staff around except at the cashier counter and towards the tray return corner.

Service standard need to be improved as I soupholic users can’t even log in my members and staff didn’t able to assist me with my order. There should be alternative solution for staff to take the order if the machine Is not working. Sandwich is cold and dry without any sources. Soup is maintaining good standards.

I am writing this review as their management seems to be pressuring all counter/outlet staff to get patrons to do so, but I genuinely thought this lady going by Priscilla at the Changi Ciy Point outlet deserves some praise. She is a fast and efficient worker without forgetting to be courteous and carry a smile when interacting with customers like me. Not many working as service staff in the F&B industry possesses verve, grace and spirit like she does. I hope the company shows her some love and recognition to reward her efforts! Food-wise, I had their clam chowder, which was inundated with chewy clam meat and potato chunks. I like the dash of salsa to bring some contrasting heat and help cut the richness of the cream stew. Their creamy soups have too much pepper in them imho, a move I question as pepper can be added voluntarily by patrons as an optional condiment if they find their soups too boring. Some people cannot take much pepper due to health concerns. Last of all, I appreciate the fact that the Soup Spoon tries to bring value to its repeating customers in the form of Shopee deals, in-app member coupons (though not as attractive as their Shopee deals due to all the minimum spend terms) and soup samples. With such deals, I can enjoy a sumptuous spread at around $10, or even slightly lesser, every now and then. Incidentally, I found it uncanny that all their staff are either Indians or Malays - not a single Chinese or Caucasian staff member in sight, after having just visited their outlets at Bugia Junction, Paya Lebar, and Changi City Point.

The sandwich featured tender chicken ham and melted cheese, complemented by fresh arugula and tomato slices, all topped with honey mustard mayo. The combination of flavours and textures made it a satisfying choice. To complete the meal, I chose an Iced Lemon Tea. I’m giving The Soup Spoon a solid 5/5 it totally deserves it. Their Velvety Mushroom Stroganoff is a dream for mushroom lovers. It’s rich, creamy, and packed with deep, earthy flavors that make every spoonful comforting and satisfying. Easily one of the best mushroom soups I’ve had! I paired it with their Smoked Salmon Salad, and it was just as impressive. The salmon was fresh and tender, laid over a bed of crisp greens with cherry tomatoes, olives, and a zingy vinaigrette. Light, refreshing, and the perfect complement to the hearty soup. The portions are generous, the ingredients taste fresh, and the service is always fast and friendly. Whether you’re eating in or grabbing a quick meal on the go, The Soup Spoon nails it every time. Highly recommend!
