ordered the jumbo signature phoenix oolong tea 2 times and it tastes somewhat similar to the lemon tea found in guangzhou china. not to mention the duck they gave was so cute aswell! the tea really reminds me of the one in china. 10/10 will definitely come back again

Stall assistant was very professional and friendly. He recommended the new frangipani drink to me and even offered me to try after he made my drink, and asked if it was to my liking or if I needed to change. I loved it.

I saw new drink【taning] and there was a long queue. I tried the hand-made lemon and green grape flavors. The whole making process was very stress-free, and you can get a gift if buy 2 cups. The taste is just right and not too sweet. It is a Class B drink in Singapore. You can drink it with confidence. The shop assistants are very nice,👍

Very friendly staff with handling very promplty and professional. I do not have cashless payment and this is the 1st time i saw the Changi City Point Outlet. The staff happily help me for the payment as i have only cash and no cards. Good Job and continue the good service
