I visited the store on 4 May 2025 5.55pm and asked the cashier to use my 1 for 1 welcome voucher for 2 cups of jumbo lemon tea. She acknowledged the request, but didnāt activate the voucher and instead applied the in-store 30% discount. I later realized this and asked for a refund, but was told it couldnāt be done. She then suggested I add on another cup of milk tea to make up for the extra amount I paid. What bothered me wasnāt just the mistake, but that she seemed distracted chatting with a friend at the counter and didnāt show any apology or take responsibility. I had no choice but to agree to her suggestion, as my toddler was getting restless and we needed to head off for dinner. The drinks themselves were great, no complaints there. But the service experience felt very unprofessional and disappointing. I hope the management looks into this, as it reflects poorly on an otherwise good brand.
