This okonomi gyudon is so awesome. The beef is so tender. Comes with great toppings of sweet cabbage, rich okonomiyaki sauce, creamy mayo and bonito flakes and aonari! Sweeten your day for sure!

First time trying this brand and my overall experience is good. The place is decently renovated. Place is well lighted, fast food design concept. Decent customer service. Quite alot of choices and what i like about the choices is the ability to mix and match the ingredients. The price is not cheap but definitely cheaper than what will cost you in a well known restaurant. Personally i think the quality and taste is good. The only thing is that since it is a fast food concept then we have to crack the egg ourselves. A small washing area behind to clean ourselves but the soap and tissue finished. Would recommend someone to try it out.

I ordered mentai mayo and cheese gyudon, with a reasonable expectation that it’d look like the photo There was barely a hint of mentai mayo in my order. Even after giving feedback to the company, no one replied after I followed up with them Such a disappointment

Sukiya: A Solid Choice for a Casual Meal. I think this is a great place to eat, with prices that are mid-range and comparable to food court options in the mall. One thing I really appreciate is the variety in portion sizes, which gives you flexibility depending on how hungry you are. It’s a nice, no-fuss spot for a satisfying meal without breaking the bank. Its good that they have exclusive kiosk for take-away orders.

I have always come to this Sukiya branch at Changi City Point! They are always very nice and friendly, and even when i come close to closing time, they always are happy to serve us a hearty meal! 5 out of 5! And great thanks to Indah who we always see at the night shift!
