Chain restaurant from Japan. Love sukiya and ordered the same as when I visit other branches, but somehow its not as tasty here. The sauce to rice ratio was a little too much. But maybe this is a one off thing. Overall, I would still recommend sukiya if youre looking for a fuss free gyudon meal.

cheese curry is fine. But in my own opinion, if cheese heated more and melt will be better. Maybe I'll try next time～

Always appreciate the option of being able to eat here. Food is very affordable and tastes great. Portion is generous.
Fast service. Friendly staff at the counter. Smooth and pleasant experience. The place is also family and kid friendly. There’s space for kids chairs and for wheelchair.

Order via kiosk or QR code, I think might be able to order at counter, not so sure.
Gyudon was really good - sweet, savoury and succulent. Thumbs up! Family love their chicken dishes too.

Always come here after a late work around 8pm.
My favourite pick would be the spring onion Gyudon, well balanced taste! Food is consistent and tasty.
Would pick this place anytime rather than the expensive mediocre kopitiam in this mall.

Nice outlet of the Sukiya Guidon at Changi City Point, place is kinda small but turnaround is fast had to wait barely 10 min for a seat. Can cart orders online first while waiting.
Yakitori dons are nice, smokey bbq flavor is evident. The signature beef gyudon is also good, be sure to add an onsen egg to the mix.
Unagi and beef combi could do with more sauce mix in the don, unagi itself is ok only not outstanding.
Curry rice is quite a bit of rice and gravy, cannot finish. Recommended that you look through the menu to see what's the difference between S, M, XM ,L to determine if you will get more rice or more ingredients, or both.
Chicken karaage is good, crispy outside and still juicy.
Green veggies is simply done with diced garlic but nice taste.
Overall nice, will eat again!

We always there when we don’t know what to eat, sukiya never fail us. Food served fast, taste always have their standard. Staff are nice and friendly.
Just 1 point that restaurant recently have a bit weird smell when we enter. Hopefully they can have a big cleaning so the restaurant will smell good again.

Food was served pretty quickly as we were one of the first customers. The medium gyudon that we ordered is frankly quite tasteless. Have to add plentiful chilli flakes and pickles to work. Egg was too cooked and so were the rice mushy and clumpy.
Yakiniku XL is much better very generous beef. However the egg was again over cooked the egg yolk was solid and rice was overcooked as well. See last photo. Very good value always but it's a shame as we have had better at other outlets. Not sure if it's because we were the first customers of the day?
