For the time first, i felt genuinely welcomed and appreciated in this store - all because of Jeryl Ang. He patiently explained the shoe's features and checked the sizes and availability. I don't get the "cheapo customer" looking for cheap deal feel. He needs a pay raise or reward!!

Awesome store staffs. Super friendly and attentive to customers though store was very busy. Amazing customer service that I rarely see from other companies. My wife and I had a pleasant experience at the store and including the cashier who attended to us yesterday as well with our purchase and including helping to resolve our exchange item as well. Great customer service like this is hard to find in Singapore. Thank you. - Adam / Trang

We went to Skechers on saturday noon, the outlet was very crowded. We were approached by one of the staff : Ms Aarti (or Aati) who were very attentive and helpful. Tried some shoes and it took us more than 30mins to try and fit, yet she managed to assist us patiently. She also managed to serve other guests during the same time. What we see is the number of staffs at the outlet just could not match the incoming guests. They have two cashier machines, yet we notice only one operated during saturday noon. I can see how the staffs were overwhelmed and misunderstanding just naturally happened. It was just unfortunate to see some staffs were being shouted while serving other customers. Placement of items were also elusive, so most guests would need help from staff to find their right size. Hope that the store manager can fix this manpower issue. It definitely has potential to sell more, but some customer experience may let others reluctant to visit.

today i had one of the best services provided by Grace. i was looking for a full black pair of shoes that are comfy and perfect for walking. i had trouble deciding on a pair which led her to bring out a total of (roughly) 8 pairs. i felt so bad because i wasn’t aware their closing time was 9pm but still she served me with a smile and made the effort to help me check for sizes in other stores. thank you so much for your help today Grace!
