One staff member truly stood out - Ms Narmatha Devi - she approached us just when we needed help and was incredibly knowledgeable, knowing the stock and items like the back of her hand.
She recommended the perfect pair for my 3-year-old boy, catered to our preferences, and was so patient throughout. She even helped him try on the shoes and checked the fit with care, making sure he was comfortable.
Her warm and attentive service made the whole visit feel complete. She's a golden star in the team, definitely someone worth keeping!

Was looking for a new pair of walking shoes on my 60th birthday to replace my old puma and my wife suggested this Skechers outlet at Changi City Point.
Staffs were friendly and helpful.
Was personally served by Kelvin, who was patient, helpful and have good knowledge of the range of products in store.
Was undecided on the range for the Go Walk 5 and Go Run series. As i walk a few km daily in the course of my work and less of a running, Kelvin suggested that I should go for the Go Walk 5 series which is light weight, offers better support and is more comfortable for walking. When I tried the UK size of 9.5, it fitted perfectly with good toe space and it's so comfortable that I fell in love with it instantly.
Thanks to Kelvin for his great help, I finally managed to find a great comfortable pair of walkers from Skechers.

My sis was wanting to buy and try out a pair of shoes, when I requested the young Chinese tall lady customer service to remove the cable w the tag which ties both left n right of the shoe together so that my sis can try on n walk on it , she say can't. So I asked in dat case how to try ? She just not allowed to be remove and walk away. I thot this is ridiculous n wanted to walk out to patronise other shop. However, was abt to leave, we saw another pair of shoes that caught our eyes n so I walk up to a staff nearby, name Yusnita asked if the cable can be removed for us to try . Yusnita asked us to sit n wait while she took the pair of shoes to remove the cable so my sis could try on. She was very patient throughout, finding e suitable shoes etc
n even inform us abt the on going discount, finally we end up buying 3 pairs before we leave sketchers..

Awesome store staffs. Super friendly and attentive to customers though store was very busy. Amazing customer service that I rarely see from other companies. My wife and I had a pleasant experience at the store and including the cashier who attended to us yesterday as well with our purchase and including helping to resolve our exchange item as well. We went to Skechers on saturday noon, the outlet was very crowded. We were approached by one of the staff : Ms Aarti (or Aati) who were very attentive and helpful. Tried some shoes and it took us more than 30mins to try and fit, yet she managed to assist us patiently. She also managed to serve other guests during the same time.
What we see is the number of staffs at the outlet just could not match the incoming guests. They have two cashier machines, yet we notice only one operated during saturday noon. I can see how the staffs were overwhelmed and misunderstanding just naturally happened. It was just unfortunate to see some staffs were being shouted while serving other customers. Placement of items were also elusive, so most guests would need help from staff to find their right size. Hope that the store manager can fix this manpower issue. It definitely has potential to sell more, but some customer experience may let others reluctant to visit.

today i had one of the best services provided by Grace. i was looking for a full black pair of shoes that are comfy and perfect for walking. i had trouble deciding on a pair which led her to bring out a total of (roughly) 8 pairs. i felt so bad because i wasn’t aware their closing time was 9pm but still she served me with a smile and made the effort to help me check for sizes in other stores. thank you so much for your help today Grace!
