Ridiculous, came to the store to exchange my spoilt tv box, there were 3 staffs manning 3 counters and only 1 counter was available to perform the replacement service. The rest of the staffs at the counters were FREE but not able to assist. Don’t understand this logic, extremely poor management

I’d like to compliment your customer service representative, Kelly from Changi City Point who assisted me on August 26 @ 8pm with the recontract plan cum device. She was patient, professional , and made sure I understood every details. Please extend my appreciation to her — she truly represents the best of SingTel’s service.

Our tv box has been giving us problem and came to exchange for a new one. Staff didn’t bother checking the new box, and true enough, the new box was faulty. Came back again to change on behalf of my father due to his unavailability, was demanded a letter of authorisation even thou I had his IC. Their negligence and Singtel’s infamous lousy quality products caused us so much inconvenience yet their staff was rude and talked like the world owed her money. SingTel, please review your outdated policy and hire the right people. Even your own contractors are complaining about the quality of your products.

Today(7/8/25,Thursday,1325hrs)I went to the shop to change my setup box and was attended by a senior lady in uniform wearing spectacles.I would like compliment her for being helpful and for her excellent service.Thank You.
