Nice and great pricing Shabu Shabu restaurant in Changi City Point. The soup base is very flavorful therefore umami will sure be level over 9000. Many varieties of food to choose from. $18.90 will not have beef. SO it's good news for those who do not consume beef. Add $2.50 for additional drinks free flow. The soft serve also tastes great although it's only one flavour , it's a great productive machine. Like! They clear our empty trays in a great frequent manner. Nice! Then food also comes fast. No complaints here. 🥰🥰🥰

Our go-to comfort food spot! We absolutely love the rich, flavorful soup and the tender, high-quality beef. Perfect for a cozy meal — always hits the spot!

Great place for a Japanese style buffet, numerous choices here ranging from vegetables to meat and many different types of sauces like soya, chilli and others. However, the dinner on a Friday night cost 33.30 per person after tax, which doesn't include any add ons( drinks or wagyu beef) which is nowadays a common occurrence, but overall food quality is spot on with a choice about 6 different soup bases to choose from. Dining time is limited to 90 minutes, great atmosphere and friendly staffs. Would definitely recommend to visit when you have the chance. Highly suggest to make a reservation here as seats are quite limited here.

Whenever I feel like having a buffet in the east I would drop by here. Is a 90min Buffet and for me with my friend 60min is good enough. For soup base, we hv choose tonkoisu and sukiyaki. Though sukiyaki is nice but is kind of too sweet at the end. Staffs here are friendly. 👍 - 2pax @$55.98, free flow of drinks @$5 Plus service charge 10% n 8%gst, total $72.45.

Daily Japan style hot pot buffet. This place has increased its prices a bit; weekday dinner is now $25.99++, with an additional $2.5 for water and ice cream. Overall, it's still reasonably priced. The beef is fresh, thinly sliced, and just the right thickness, so you won't feel uncomfortable after eating. The yuzu soup base is relatively light, while sukiya tends to be a bit salty. This place doesn't offer as many varieties of dishes as the one in Simei; it doesn't have lobster-flavored fish balls. Of course, true buffet connoisseurs who come with a purpose likely won't waste stomach space on vegetables. Opting for regular beef is a wise choice because wagyu beef tends to be very fatty, and you might feel overwhelmed after just a few bites. Trying to eat enough wagyu to make it worth the price challenges the limits of human acceptance of fatty meat. However, regular beef also has its fair share of fat, which is why beef slices always look so appealing, and it's a secret profit formula for the restaurants. Some negative reviews mention poor service because they clean up and start closing early, creating a rushed atmosphere to encourage customers to finish quickly. Customers arriving late, for instance, eating around 9:30 pm, find that the self-service water dispenser has been removed, and they have to refill their glasses manually. I don't think this is a significant issue since the waitstaff are generally polite and frequently remind customers of the last order time. Besides, when eating at home, we often pour our own water, so don't let it create unnecessary stress. Just enjoy your meal.

TLDR: Great female worker, siam responsibility & sarcastic old uncle worker, manager who doesn’t apologise. Edit: Read through the comments and there’s a lot of “middle aged chinese men who’s rude” and “manager who doesn’t show responsibility”, please do something about this shabu sai Always been to tampines shabu sai and they never had these type of problems, their manager was really nice 4 of us went 2 can eat beef, 2 can’t so we decided to not eat beef at all, as this is about religion, we ordered all pork belly 8 plates of meat came up and it’s looking rather more red than usual pork, we haven’t ate hot pot for awhile & we’re really hungry so we cooked them and started eating (it was 330pm) one of the non beef eater started to question the meat just by smelling it, so we asked one of the female worker (shes’s really nice) about it. At this point, 3 people have consumed the beef: 2 beef eaters, and 1 non beef eater kid (he’s a kid so he can’t really tell) We told the female worker to change everything, the pot and the meats as this is about religion, we went ahead to change our utensils & bowls ourselves (all of us changed) forgot to mention that before the meats came, our soup base was served wrong by the old uncle, we requested for a change. also the meats were served by the old uncle he never apologised, all apologies & service to change items came from the female worker (you’re really nice, tq for making our experience not that bad) the female worker helped us requested for an extension of time upon asking and the manager agreed. When paying the bills while we were still eating, the manager said nth. just paywave, we paid and that’s it. No apologies no nothing When we were about to leave, we wanted to complete our short video as we do the trend of “how much plates do you think you can eat” The old uncle just came into our table, stand there and said “i can only clear the tables when you leave” It seems like he did not allow us to finish filming a short 2mins video, of ourselves and wanted us out of the restaurant when clearly, there’s only 2-3 groups of customers around. We were rather pissed but as we’re all quite young, we didn’t want to complain there to get us into arguments. Decided to write my comment here for those wanting to dine there, do double check your meat & soup base. Praise the female worker more, thank you.

Tried the weekday buffet at $26++ per adult, quite value for money as the meat is also free flow! Service is good and ingredients are fresh! Highly recommend the minced pork with cheese, really great tasting even on its own!

Great value and unforgettable flavors!" I visited Shabu Sai about a year ago and still find myself missing the food! Went for lunch and absolutely loved it—everything was fresh, especially the meats, which were tasty and high quality. It's great value for money and I’d highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys a satisfying hot pot experience. Can’t wait to go back!

Recommended buffer or allyou can eat here. The staff done professional job try their best to serve customer. Very fast waiting time. There are 6 option for soup and upgrade to premium buffet. Refer to photo for price and menu. The food was great. Top-up for free-flow soft drink and free-flow ice cream. Otherwise, just take plain water for 50cent. Take food and drink whatever enough for you, not too much. Will come again when budget meet.

I recently had the misfortune of visiting Shabu Sai at Changi City Point and was disgusted by the customer service of the Branch Manager who refused to tell me his name when I asked him. The manager, in particular, was confrontational and dismissive. When I politely asked a change in soup as he said it was only allowed once but his employee served it wrongly and upon seeing this, he deemed that we had wanted to have a 2nd time of soup change, and he responded with a tone that was not only unhelpful but also condescending. His behaviour is uncalled for. I cannot believe how can someone with these negative work attitudes and behaviours can be a manager in the first place! What was even more disturbing was how he spoke to his employee. The manager talked down to him, belittling his efforts and making them feel incompetent. It's clear that this manager's behavior is not limited to customers but is a pervasive issue within the store. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. Unfortunately, my experience at this store fell far short of my expectations. His behavior was unprofessional and made me and my family felt disrespected. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated fairly and with upmost respect. I did not even want to rate a star but I had to , if not the review cannot be submitted. The management should look into the following: -Please provide customer service training for all staff, especially management. -Please foster a positive work environment by treating employees with respect and kindness. -Please work on conflict resolution skills to handle customer complaints in a professional manner. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this store to anyone! Will the management please revert and give me an explanation for the shortfall , poor and disappointing customer service! His unruly and disgusting attitude had ruined our family’s dining experience on this National Day!
