My shoe was out of stock from IMM so delivery was arranged from this outlet. To my horror, upon wearing the shoe, there was a mini wear at the front tip of my heels. It is definitely disappointing experience for a reputable brand as PEDRO. At your own risk.

When walk in to the entrance , no ever one customer in the store . No greeting no serve , when I need something to pay just Walk infront of me immediately be a fake service. If more customers in the store I understand , NOT EVER ONE CUSTOMER , so bad !! Experience in-store service bad !! Short of ( 1 customer ) your company don’t mind and don’t care . I know , but pls update your company service standards . Really disappointed , NO MORE NEXT TIME VISIT ALL THE PEDRO STORE IN SINGAPORE , better way purchase online !

Look for Shu Wen, she is super patient to explain and demo each of the product categories from shows to bag ... and offer extra miles service to soften the high hills that I'm trying. She has a great smile and never pressures me to buy anything yet explain me on all the offer available. Great passion and attitude ~ thumbs up

Go changi city point outlet and look for Chok. I was claiming a krisflyer voucher and he is really good at guiding me around as to how i can best use my vouchers. 100% recommend next time i go pedro id just come and look for him

My friend and I went to the shop yesterday and the service was excellent. Mr. Aldrich the salesperson who assisted us was very helpful and warm welcoming to us and every customers that are coming in. He is very knowledgeable about the products. It is one of the best customer service I’ve experienced in Singapore.

First time buying from Pedro. Was attended to in-store by Vincent. He's nice, provided 2 of my usual size as there's no half sizes. He even offered to let me try with thicker socks. Gave good advices too. Service was impeccable.

I had a great experience at Pedro @ Changi Point. I was warmly welcomed by Seah, who assisted me throughout my visit. Although he seemed new, he provided excellent service. After trying on two pairs of shoes, I decided on a white pair and am very happy with my choice. When I noticed the initial pair wasn’t clean, Seah promptly replaced it without any hesitation or complaint, which I really appreciated. Thank you for the great service, Seah! Keep up the good work.
