Always really poor attitude of staff members. Damages the Onitsuka reputation. Visited the outlet several times. Bought something the last time I was here. Really need to get rid of their current staff and hire better ones Visited on 24th Jan when there was 2 male staff members.

Extremely disappointed with the service - or lack of it. Went to the shop at 6:45pm - empty with no customers but 2 sales person - I enquired about the shoes and sizes but they were reluctant to show me or even have a dialogue - I wonder why so much attitude and the gentleman seemed relieved when I left the shop after such a horrible service!

Came here to buy a pair of replacement Serrano for myself. Walked into the empty store, the saleswoman completely ignored me. When I asked to try on a blue pair, she even got me a grey pair, which was same as the old pair on me. She stood so far away from me when I spoke to her, of course she would get it wrongly lah. Her cold service nearly made me walked off but I was desperate to get the pair so I endured. She is a tall Chinese lady. If she doesn't know how to serve customer it's better that she goes home and watch Netflix. As for the store, not worth visiting. Serrano has limited colours here and price is not 'outlet' price at all.

Staff can't be bothered..busy chatting. Not interested with any walk in customer. Dropped by on 31st Oct.. everything no size. Staff attitude still as bad..is better to shut the store..n their nee Ann outlet as well.

Was at your Changi City Point outlet earlier on and was attended by Tyler . Me and my uncle were very happy with his service. We ended up buying 2 pairs from him. Very helpful. Thank you for your time. Great service

It was pleasant shopping for my pair of Onitsuka in this shop. The young Malay lady customer service staff is very efficient & helpful. Thank you for helping me !

Very bad attitude from the staffs, it seems they always get away with it so they can’t be bothered. I’ve always been a fan of Onitsuka Tiger brand, and I think the brand headquarter should look into this matter as it’s damaging their image and put off shopping experience. Hence, I will be sending a written complaint to their brand team with details of my recent shopping experience. In short, we came in to buy a pair of slip on sneaker and the salesman acted like he couldn’t care less. I did buy the shoes because I like these sneakers, but I will never let this kind of attitude slide. If you also have a bad experience, write a complaint to the brand, your efforts will make a difference.

Due to unavailable size, they asked for contact number as they were expecting stock to arrive the next day, which I willingly gave. Disappointed that until today 3 days later, I have yet to receive any call from them.

One of the worst store i have visited in Singapore the customer service is pathetic. The sales guy is so funny and brainless . They have no etiquette also he is paying for my shoe to buy. So reluctant to even show the shoe discount. I am not taking abt one sales guy the 2 sales guy i interacted same also, i even bought the shoe nd i am carrying a 6 month babby with me nd he was crying fr milk the sales guy said to be careful not to spill water lik r u serious????? Why wil i spill water !! How do i get in touch with the manager nd voice my concern really annoyed!!!!
