I bought two pairs of shoes from this store and intended to claim a GST refund. When I asked for the receipt to be registered for the refund, they told me their system was down and advised me to process the refund at the airport instead.
However, when I got to the airport, I was told I couldn’t claim the GST refund because it must be registered at the store with a passport beforehand.
I feel completely misled and disappointed. The information they gave me was false and caused me to lose my right to a refund. It’s extremely frustrating to have such a negative experience with a well-known store.

Unprofessional staff who kept saying beside me that I made the clothes messy and the rack looked like a "pasar malam" after I touched the items. Hello, as a customer, of course we want to check the price and feel the material. If I can't even touch the clothes, I might as well shop online. This is not the first time I've experienced this kind of attitude. Please train your staff to be more professional — it's their job.

Most of the staff were helpful, and the shop has a wide amount of options. But the cashier that served us was not good. When queuing up, we saw there was a promo for capitastar payment using MasterCard. We asked her about the promo and how to get the rewards but she was clueless. I downloaded the app, added my MasterCard, and when attempting to pay, it prompted me to top up the app first. When I clarified with the cashier, instead of telling me yes or no, she said "to use the app, need to top up the app". We clarified with her one more time but she didn't respond and disappeared from the counter. We decided to proceed and top up the app, but then she comes back and says, we just need to use the linked credit card to pay instead of topping up money into the app. By then it was already too late.
Tl;Dr: Good selection of good, some nice discounts, but some staff are clueless about ongoing promos

People commenting about staff - this is a factory outlet mall. You want much advice, you need to go to their regular store and pay normal price. The higher the discount, expect less service though enjoy the lower price in return.
This mall is mere meters undercover walk from Expo MRT station. Many including high-end brands here, most but not all is discounted. Do your homework.

I had a delightful experience at the store, thanks to the great customer service provided by its Store Manager named Min.
I was looking for a pair of winter shoes and Min attended to me. After some facts finding, he was very generous in offering his advice and recommendations so that I can find a pair that fits my needs. I picked the pair which happened to be the last pair available in store after trying on 01 side of the shoes which is on display.
Min couldn't find the other half of the shoes in the storeroom or the front store. After calling his offduty colleague to check, he continue to search all over the store for it, even opened up many shoe boxes on display in the front store to check.
He didn't give up and finally after about 20 minutes later, he found it at a non-designated spot in the storeroom.
I truly appreciate Min going the extra mile and his efforts in helping me. Many thanks Min, from a happy customer.

Excellent store for purchasing running shoes which are on sale. This is where I get my HOKA running shoes, and I believe I have already purchased 4 sets of running shoes from here. Store employee Ms. Yen was also very hospitable and knowledgeable for the shoe section, helping fit the proper shoes for my family.

Today my wife and I was at Liv Active @ Changi City Point and was assisted by the sales personnel Mr ilman. Mr ilman was patient and helpful and knows the products well. He did not hard sell but instead gave us info of the product we were looking at and recommended the correct products to buy. We were happy and convinced by his sincere recommendations and bought a messenger back and a jacket from The North Face and a hiking pole. Mr ilman is certainly an excellent sales person.
The shop itself is also well stock with clothings and equipment for different season, weather and usages and reasonably priced.
Glad that we came to this shop and will be happy to go back again soon.

My first pair of Northface shoes for trail running after a toe fracture recently due to an act of negligence while at home. The shoes were very soft & comfortable compared to some other brands I had worn over the years. Very comfortable. Staff at this outlet have been observed to try their best in serving customers even though they might not have the shoes in our sizes. Pricing is supposedly lower than RRP. However, they might not have the styles in highly sought after sizes, especially for women. I am still holding out for Hoka for now as they don't have the styles I wanted in my size. Highly recommended to all folks who are into acquiring active wear for sports and even daily activities in casual outfits!
