Great service by the staff, he was very friendly and explained the differences between the jeans. Patient and not overbearing as well, highly recommend :)

The guy staff (Keat Wai? Not sure of the name) here was nice and accommodating. I asked if there was a new stock of the jeans I wanted to buy, he searched and found a new one. On the other hand, the lady staff here was lazy. I asked her before if they got new stock and she just said everything is out already. She didnt even bother to check what I was looking for.

Very bad experience on this 1st of Dec on this Levis outlet. Very disappointed for the countter staff that we reserved. Our items specially a denim jeans with last size they simple say no more already we reserved the items and already in counter. They are not trust worthy they ask to put in the counter they said! after we cameback to the counter to put additional items our items no more already. What a kind of service. Not worth it to trust the counter staff in this outlet rediculous.😡😡😡😡😡
