Was served by Chewe (I hope I get her name correctly!) on 2 Nov, 1330h. Did some recommendations to me and knowing that I need to wear the jacket immediately to my office, she volunteered to get a new piece for me. Excellent service!

At first glance not exactly a huge outlet and took me sometime to find the outlet. I had to call the number provided on Google to help me find the exact location of the store. The store is small, clean and orderly. Staff seem polite. The outlet was not crowded at the time of our visit and if this is the regular patron density then the fitting rooms should suffice. The staff who served me was Marjos or Marjors. Very polite, helpful and friendly staff, handled all my questions with ease. This staff Marjors took great pains to ensure that i got the style / fit / pattern and colour i wanted. Kudos. I appreciate that. The stall had Black Friday discounts and other discounts at the time of my visit which egged my willing to spend heart to purchase more.

Store is wide.. there are several items to select from pants to shirts etc. And they have regular discounts

We visited this Levis store on Dec.1,2024 on their Black Friday sale. We had 5 items chosen, and since they had a Buy 3, Free 1 promotion, we were encouraged to add more items. Since we weren’t sure what to get yet, we asked if we can have the 5 items set aside and we’ll go out for awhile to eat (lunch time), the staff agreed and placed our chosen items on the counter. When we got back, our items that we took time to fit were not there anymore. We noted that it’s another batch of staff, and none of them knew where our items went. One of them helped us look for the sizes, and noted the disappointment in us. She said “It’s not that we’re not trying to help you. Next time just bring it with you. You see the number of people (crowded).” Well in the first place, if you cannot guarantee that the stuff we asked to set aside in the counter will not be touched, then you can tell the customer in the first place. We took a lot of time fitting those clothes, pants, jacket. We left the store without buying anything as the pants that we put aside (1 size left) cannot be found anymore.
