Last weekend, before heading to the airport, I dropped by the mall just to shop in Les Parfum. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and enthusiastically by the two staffs. One of them even asked my preferred scent, and recommended some good perfumes (within my budget ☺️). They were very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable.
The store was also beautifully organized, making it easy to explore fragrances, samples are also provided. The staffs were very patient with me because I was too indecisive on what buy, I ended up buying 2 🫣
They also offered helpful tips on how to make the scent last longer and even included a few samples to take home. It's clear they genuinely care about their customers and are passionate about what they do.
If you're looking for high-quality perfumes and top-tier customer service, I highly recommend this shop. I'll definitely be coming back! 💗

0 Star – Poor Service at Les Parfums (Changi City Point)
I visited Les Parfums at Changi City Point today and experienced unprofessional service. I asked the staff for the price of a product — she took a very long time, and in the end, didn’t even provide an answer. Instead, she resumed her conversation with a colleague and ignored me completely.
There was no urgency, no basic courtesy, and no respect shown. Completely unacceptable for a retail environment. I won’t be returning.

5 stars! I visited this perfume shop and was blown away by the exceptional service from the female staff. Despite being alone in the store and visibly pregnant, she handled multiple shoppers with ease and professionalism. Her dedication and friendly demeanour made our shopping experience truly delightful. Highly recommend this shop and the amazing staff

If you open later, you may wanna update your operating hours on Google, because it clearly states 11am. And there isn't any signages on opening hours at your shop either. 🙄 …

This is my first time purchasing the perfumes at Les Perfume shop. Went there today because of my wife was their Instagram follower. First I would like to thank her for recommending such a best place to purchase the perfumes in Singapore.

Ms EMS was very polite and friendly in a way assisting us to choose the right perfumes for right occasion. She also very knowledgeable on her products. Instead purchasing for my wife I end up bought 1 for myself as well.

Their collections are ORIGINAL. No hanky panky..
Price:
Very reasonable compare to market price in Singapore.
Overall : Highly recommend to everyone. If you guys are first timer and need some recommendations please look for Ms EMS to recommend something that suits your preferences.
