I visited Les Parfums at Changi City Point today and experienced unprofessional service. I asked the staff for the price of a product — she took a very long time, and in the end, didn’t even provide an answer. Instead, she resumed her conversation with a colleague and ignored me completely.
There was no urgency, no basic courtesy, and no respect shown. Completely unacceptable for a retail environment. I won’t be returning.

On 15 June, I visited the Les Parfum outlet at Changi City Point and had an unsatisfactory experience with one of the female staff member on duty during the afternoon.
The staff appeared to be of Filipino descent, with a fuller build, and was engaged in conversation with another person who seemed to be her friend. When I approached her to inquire about men’s perfumes, her response was dismissive and unprofessional. She simply said, “It’s everywhere,” without making any effort to assist or direct me to specific products.
Following that, she used her hands to motion in a way that seemed to imply I was in her way — a gesture that felt disrespectful. Throughout my time at the outlet, she continued chatting with her friend, showing no further interest in offering assistance or acknowledging customers.
As a customer, I believe every visitor deserves to be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism. If staff are unwilling to engage with customers or show a lack of interest in their role, it reflects poorly on the brand and could deter future visits.
I hope this feedback helps highlight the importance of staff conduct and customer service. Les Parfum has great potential, but service like this could undermine the shopping experience and affect customer retention.

Last weekend, before heading to the airport, I dropped by the mall just to shop in Les Parfum. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and enthusiastically by the two staffs. One of them even asked my preferred scent, and recommended some good perfumes (within my budget ☺️). They were very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable.
The store was also beautifully organized, making it easy to explore fragrances, samples are also provided. The staffs were very patient with me because I was too indecisive on what buy, I ended up buying 2 🫣
They also offered helpful tips on how to make the scent last longer and even included a few samples to take home. It's clear they genuinely care about their customers and are passionate about what they do.
If you're looking for high-quality perfumes and top-tier customer service, I highly recommend this shop. I'll definitely be coming back! 💗

Last Saturday, I visited the shop to find a gift for a special friend. I had no idea what to buy and felt completely unsure about what he might like. Fortunately, the two Filipino staff members at Changi were incredibly helpful. They provided me with several options, explained the different perfume scents in detail, and even offered thoughtful suggestions. They were friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the products they were selling.
