Spiced drink (ginger) was good n refreshing. Pies were sadly quite dry n not with the price.

Come wrong time - 8am . Mall aircon is not on yet . Sweating 😥 while eating . Thank GOD … Oat Masala Tea and Turkey Ham Cheese Wrap : Great ! I wish they move to Century Square or Tampines One 1️⃣. They have excellent coffee ☕️.

Got an iced matcha latte. The matcha powder wasn’t sifted or whisked thoroughly, leaving an unbearably gritty texture. The temperature was a mess too, half the cup was warm and the other half barely iced. Absolutely disappointed.

Came here a couple of times cos they have nice coffee but for the first time, the coffee has no latte art and when I asked the barrister (a middled-age lady), she said she don't know how to... Disappointed but the coffee still tastes ok

Excellent experience here, my first time at this outlet. Our coffee and my warmed quiche arrived quickly and was of good quality. I love my Kopi C with Oatside milk which is a unique mix offered here. Friendly staff. Excellent location at this mall. Was not too crowded too. Thank you 🙏🏻

Service has gotten worse. I stood in front of cashier but she paid no notice. She was on her phone & continued chatting with her colleagues. I had to sound out to her. Wanted to order the Classic Butter Croissant but she kept insisting that there is no butter croissant, only almond croissant available. Look at the picture of the showcase & tell me if there was none. Even when taking my order, she just leaned on e showcase while looking disinterested. Managed to check with her colleague and asked if what was displayed on the left was butter croissant and indeed it was. Colleague changed my order & served me the butter croissant BUT it was not warmed up. Cashier from earlier served me both pies on one plate. How was my partner going to eat his pie & I, mine, when both pies were on e same plate. When asked for another plate, we received a small plate. Hardly space to cut e pie & eat. Today's visit was a joke, very disappointing. Visit the main at AIBI Maxwell instead. AIBI Maxwell has never disappoint.

Enjoy huggs coffee anytime! Had my first at Galaxis and this Changi City Point outlet's atmosphere is simply awesome! Had my Retro coffee, and loved the single-scoop Mango Yuzu ice cream. The piece of ondeh ondeh cake was a little dry but still good and refreshing. Will be back here anytime for another round of coffee. Staff were friendly as always :-)

Worst coffee shop! 09.08.2025-first time to try this coffee shop in changi city point..I ordered double choocolate frappe and one butter chicken pie. When i took a bite of the pie, then i realized it was curry flavor.. i went to the counter to check if i had wrongly ordered but it was not.. i told the counter staff that i ordered butter chicken pie however, they gave me curry pie..the guy then told me that their chicken butter pie is curry flavor.. i told him i dont eat curry, the menu didnt even mention it was curry flavor..i asked if they can change it but they said i need to order new one.. what the heck! It was so misleading, making people order what was on the menu but end up receiving something different..definitely my first and last!!!

I ordered a non-vegetarian wrap and tea via mobile order, but was served the vegetarian wrap without meat. Upon eating halfway, I realised there are no meat inside and approached the staff at the counter. They just apologised and take away my order and I NEVER FINISHED my wrap!! How can you take away the remaining bits and say not to give me the correct order that I ordered??? Hello I paid money at least let me finish the wrong order la, she just take away and waste my $$$. I am so frustrated!!!!! I tried asking the staff but all she can do is apologise and cannot even return back my food. Be careful and learnt my lesson not to come back here again. So so disappointed at the customer service. Really very very sad and angry!!!! Looking at the reviews really be careful of this outlet!!!
