En Yeohs Bak Kut Teh at Changi City Point, known as 宴杨肉骨茶 樟城坊, specializes in authentic Teochew-style bak kut teh that showcases the rich culinary heritage of Singapore's pork rib soup tradition. The restaurant has earned a mixed reputation among customers, with many praising the traditional flavours and generous service while others have raised concerns about service quality during off-peak hours. Customer Ye Yeo commends the very good food of traditional tastes and excellent service from staff, noting their generosity with soup portions and friendly attitude. The reasonable pricing and clean environment with well-spaced seating make it a comfortable dining option for those seeking authentic bak kut teh in a modern setting.
The menu at En Yeohs Bak Kut Teh focuses on delivering high-quality pork rib soup prepared using traditional Teochew methods that emphasize clear, peppery broth rather than the darker, herbal varieties. The restaurant offers various cuts of pork ribs that are simmered to perfection, resulting in tender meat that falls off the bone easily. While most customers enjoy the authentic flavours, Shan Leong notes that some meat still retains the pork taste that may not appeal to all diners, though overall the food taste is good. The restaurant frequently runs promotions that make their offerings more price-accessible, helping to maintain competitive pricing in Singapore's crowded bak kut teh market. The service staff generally receive praise for their friendliness and willingness to explain dishes to newcomers.
Operating within Changi City Point, En Yeohs Bak Kut Teh provides a comfortable dining environment that combines traditional flavours with modern restaurant standards. The clean interior and well-spaced seating create an atmosphere where customers can enjoy their meals without feeling crowded. The restaurant operates during mall hours, accommodating lunch and dinner crowds seeking authentic Singaporean cuisine. However, management should address the service issues reported by Roland, who noted staff inattentiveness during late afternoon visits when customer traffic was light. Ensuring consistent service quality regardless of business levels will be crucial for maintaining the restaurant's reputation and justifying service charges to customers.
Nice food but poor service, visited late afternoon on Sunday, 2 tables occupied including ours. The staffs is seating on the table near the counter playing with phone.
Only a lady is walking in and out of kitchen serving the food. When wave at the staff seated ignore and waited for the staff inside the kitchen to serve.
What is the point of paying service charges when getting none attentive services.
Good food with poor service will not last.

First time trying out. The soup quantity is quite alot which is good. Like it that this shop provided quite a few options of add ons available. Only down side was that the seats at the corner was abit stuffy.

Great service from Jack. Reasonable menu variety. Can't choose between peppery or herbal bak kut teh? Well they have both. Will be back.

More they having promotion, price was reasonable. Food taste was ok, but I don’t like that some meat still has the pork taste. Service was friendly and fast. They took the time explaining and introducing, keep it up. Environment was clean and seats are well apart. Not too close.

We had the Father’s Day lunch set! Very tasty and special with $3 additional we can add the chicken essence to the soup.
We definitely will come back for the well balanced herbal soup. Tasted so nourishing. Even all the side dishes were on point! Even the dark sauce is thick and lovely with garlic and chilli.
Lovely decor!
Service was really attentive and friendly!

Very good food of traditional tastes and excellent service from staff. They are generous with the soup and they are very friendly. Reasonable price too. Forgot to take photos of the dishes we ordered 😂

Food: Presentation looks good. Had a bit of difficulty trying to tear the pork from the bone. Softer could be better. Loved the side dishes. Scallion rice is nice too.
Service: Staff is prompt to show me a table. Came around halfway to check if the soup requires a top up. Bad timing approaching customers to leave a Google review though because I was halfway struggling to bite the meat off a bone (it wasn't a rib bone).
Atmosphere: Great for groups of people. Noise is unavoidable during lunch crowd.
