Incident happened on 16 Jan, around 1pm, at your outlet at Changi City Point
My 4YO boy walked into the sharp corner of a glass panel near the entrance of Crocs shop (pls see attached). He is bleeding on the left side of his head. This transparent glass panel is badly placed at the height where it is hazardous to little children and prone to accidents. The sharp glass corner is extremely dangerous. When I related the incident to the staff of Crocs, they replied "there is nothing we can do about it". There is no empathy or much concern from the staffs when an accident happened and this too, is extremely disappointing.
Please take my feedback seriously to prevent any more mishaps to the little ones.

My first visit to this crocs outlet as I was first drawn in by their platform shoes on display at their window. I was like a kid at a candy store as I combed through their range of cute shoe charms for embellishing crocs shoes. Chose a puff ball & a heart shaped key charm for my existing pair of crocs inspired shoes. Service at this branch was good and the staff were helpful & friendly. Definitely a place worth shopping at! Highly recommended!

I usually only write reviews if the staff did a really good job as I have higher expectations having been in the service sector before. My leg is very swollen from some injuries and inflammation so I couldn’t fit into any covered shoes currently. My Physio therapist suggested that I try to find something in bigger sizes to at least protect my feet from further injuries. Norita from Changi City Point was very emphatic, patient & friendly. She helped me to choose my very first pair of Crocs in bigger size, broader width and softer material to help with the swelling. Norita deserves some recognition from Crocs. I love my new Crocs very much and look forward to getting more pairs in future. Thank you 🙏🏼🥰
