Staff Wati ask me to wait 20mins . I come back she didn’t even do her job . Keep on just walking around . I’m not gg eat here anymore . Lousy service . This is t last time I go patronize again . Someone no one at counter . This is too much

This is my first time ordering at crave, and it was bad.Their ikan bilis was hard as rock, even hurt my gums. My ice teh tarik didnt taste right at all. Lastly, the cashier did not even say a single word to me, no "thank you" "what would you like to order?" "drinks?" "anything else?" none of that. I had to just give them what i want. lmao

would love to eat there again ! crave nasi lemak is always the best .. with friendly staff especially staff wati she was so polite and the other staff too .. service was great 👍👍

Missing drumstick only realized it when home. Sambal also missing in the Nasi Lemak, the two guys working too busy playing paper scissors rock to pay attention. Mee rebus is way too sweat BTW

I guess different outlet have their own way. Not good for CRAVE as whole organisation as lack of Management' in enauring same standard of end product. Its been a while since I enjoy the freshness complete Nasi Lemak from Crave from outlet luke in T2 or T3 Changi Airport. Today its a GREAT disappointment. The rice was tasteless (I am not positive COVID19) lack of coconut fragrance and taste. The Sambal the came with it is such a pathetic I think its only 1 TEA SPOON. You have failed to understand the basic concept of Nasi Lemak. I guess I will not be back there, which means no Bulk order or don't expect any corporate order over lunch. So disappointed with the who issue. #after my post and reading other review. I guess you guys are not interested in churning GOOD FOOD. Despite of negative feedback. Still no RECOVERY made.
