I recently stayed in Dorset Hotel and everyday going to Cosmo Bar and Restaurant in Singapore and had excellent experience. Atmosphere The restaurant features a modern and elegant ambiance, perfect for both breakfast. Food The menu offers a diverse selection of dishes. I particularly enjoyed the Singapore Noodles, fruilt and vegetable there. Exceptional Service The highlight of my visit was the outstanding service from Amir Mike. He was friendly, attentive, and provided great recommendations, making me feel very welcome. Overall Rating I would rate Cosmo Bar and Restaurant a perfect 5/5 for its food quality and Amir's exceptional service. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy a great dining experience in Singapore!

Very nice first experience. The place was with less than 2 dozen guests for Sunday lunch and was intimate and cosy. The atmosphere is very pleasant for small groups. We were served by Khairul and Kay, and both are very friendly, attentive, and cheerful. The spread is not extensive, but enough selections and the food are fresh! It's worth a visit for a small group gathering.

Service was slow. Food took extremely long and only at 1 dish at a time. The seafood Mac and cheese was super bland. I don’t even know if they used cheese, it was more like a mixture of cream, pasta, and “seafood” that came straight from a freezer. After waiting for over an hour, the salmon dish arrived raw. If you respect your time and your tastebuds, you will take yourself to Changi City Point instead where the restaurants actually use salt and pepper.

Joseph (Food & Beverage Supervisor) was very friendly, prompt in service and hosted us well. He was attentive to details and sensitive to our needs. Thank you for making our experience at your restaurant a memorable and pleasant one! ❤️🥳 Food was a delight - nothing fancy but just decently good grub for your meal. My family had the semi buffet lunch and left the restaurant with full and happy tummies! 😁 Coffee here is also good (more towards the bitter end of the spectrum - for reference, it's similar to australian coffee). Ambience here is a fresh breath of air, had a very peaceful and relaxing timing over the weekend Once again, big shoutout to Joseph and his team for all the effort and hard work you guys have put in! God Bless You All! ⭐️

I am extremely impressed by the dining experience I had at this restaurant, special props to our waiter Apex and the Head Chef Amry for going the extra mile on this occasion. Ordering the bolognese pizza and the beef burger, which turned out delectable and worth the price, with freshly made...well, everything! I will note the particular episode that already made our really unique experience all the more memorable and enjoyable, where we found the burger's patty to be slightly undercooked for our taste. Not only did the chef remake the entire meal, bringing an extra serving of the fries, salad and sauces on top of a brand new burger, they kindly offered us a complimentary fruit platter. This impeccable standard of service is rare and extremely hard to find. I highly, highly recommend paying this place a visit, especially on weekends where it is unpopulated during usual peak dinner periods. (Note; the two burgers in the two photos are two different burgers. Really commending the service recovery practice.)
