Food was subpar. My soup was lukewarm, not hot. The chicken satay gave me bad indigestion for some reason. The service was non existent. I definitely would not recommend.

I held my partner networking event at Cosmo last week. The service crew led by Mus and Chef Leon were exceptional! Their tuna tar tar was a standout dish - fresh and flavorful. The food overall was superb with a great variety showcasing Chef Leon's talents. The ambiance was inviting, perfect for my networking event.
Muz and the team provided attentive yet unobtrusive service, ensuring our needs were met while allowing us to focus on networking. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the high quality.
I highly recommend Cosmo for hosting events or dining. Kudos to Mus, Chef Leon and the entire crew for making my partner networking event a success!

The breakfast was amazing, we had the chicken noodle soup and it was excellent. They had Kaya toast which you make yourself and there were plenty of fruits. The atmosphere was quiet which I liked since we came pretty late and there were very few people. The service was top-notch since Jane and Jihan were nice and told me how to make the noodles. Overall this place is nice and I would come eat here every single day.

Executive lunch set at Cosmo is value for money, service is great. Will be better if the duck confit is more tender. Thanks Chef Leon for the lemon tart!

We recently celebrated our daughter’s 1st birthday at Cosmo, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The atmosphere was so relaxing and spacious, filled with beautiful natural light.
The food was incredibly generous and delicious; every dish was fresh, flavorful, and plentiful. The staff were warm, attentive, and generous, making sure every detail was taken care.
We love how convenient everything was, especially the washroom being located just outside, which made things so easy for families with little ones.
Thank you for helping us create such a joyful and unforgettable celebration! A special thank you to Apex and his team for making it all happen. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate!

We just had our dinner at Cosmo.. very happy that we came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Great atmosphere and the service is topnotch. Both Apex and Mike are very professional and friendly, very approachable and always talk and come to us with a smile. We were also surprised to receive a sweet treat for our celebration here.
My daughter loves the cheeseburger spring roll, we love the pizza and beef burger. Thank you chef Army for whipping up the delicious meal for us. Will definitely go back again. 😊

Situated in a nice corner of Changi Citypoint within Dorsett Hotel. Very nice quite cafe especially for clients who want to have a quiet meal. Had the lunch buffet and was served by a friendly and caring staff, Mike. The manager, Apex, was friendly and helpful too.

I've been staying in Capri by Fraser for a week having breakfast at Cosmo Bar and Restaurant. It is such an amazing experience and everyday I'm liking the food they offer, the atmosphere, and friendly helpful staff like Apex and Mike. 😊 I highly recommend this place. The services are truly great! And I'm glad we chose to stay here in Capri by Fraser.

My family had a most wonderful lunch at the restaurant during my visit back to Singapore. Despite having to organise individual menus for the 30 pax for the lunch, restaurant Assistant Manager Apex was extremely meticulously and attentive to ensure the lunch was organised smoothly. The food was also very quality and tasty. It is the most value for money lunch buffet I've ever had in Singapore. Thanks again Apex and the entire team for offering up such a wonderful experience. You guys are amazing!

Went there for a family dinner on a Saturday. All 4 mains took 1 hour to completely arrive at the table. I ordered pan seared salmon, came after waiting nearly 1 hour and it was raw in the centre. Did not ask for a new plate and my family and I left to get food from Changi City Point basement. Aglio Olio Pasta was just oily and bland. Chicken cream pasta was edible. Seafood Mac and cheese was also ok only. I don’t see myself recommending this place to anyone as they do seem to prioritise the hotel breakfast and absolutely no thought goes into the alacarte menu.
