The long chicken was very salty, preparation time was very long even though only 4 customers in front of us. And the rubbish bin was overflowing with rubbish the entire time.

Placed order through the mobile app and proceeded for collection when it was ready as shown on their panel. The first staff ignored me when I was unable to find my food and the next staff also ignored me when I asked again. In the end, the first staff showed me that my food was actually on the delivery order pick up shelf by saying "there there"!! How would I know that my food will be on that shelf corner when it states "delivery order pick up" instead of takeaway / mobile order pick up or all pick up. Hope the outlet can improve on their lousy service.

Among all the Burger King outlets I’ve visited islandwide, this one stands out — unfortunately, for the wrong reasons. From missing items to missing sauces that were clearly listed on the receipt (e.g., curry sauce), the experience here falls well below expectations. I just don’t understand why the staff isn’t paying attention to the details of the orders. For context, here’s how other outlets I rated (that I recall I have visited): Above Expectations: Tampines Changkat, Eastpoint Mall, Fairprice Hub, Loyang Point, Marina Bay Link Mall, Vivo City Meets Expectations: Burlington Square, Changi Airport T1 Viewing Mall East, Tampines Mall, VIVA Business Park Below Expectations: Changi City Point

Definitely INSIDE CHANGI CITY POINT guys. Even before they officially open I already saw the outlet big big saying its opening in May 2024 and they really did open in May. Went there twice already, food is fresh and hot, the outlet is clean and staff were friendly as well. Everything is good. Nothing to complain about. Will definitely go again if I dropped by Expo area.

It’s been a while since I’ve had Burger King and the Swiss mushroom burger is still as good as before. There’s usually a massive crowd during lunch time so I’d recommend reserving a seat or taking away the food (which we did). Orders are all done via the kiosk.

Ordered take away for a huge group of my friends and encountered a small issue with the machine and my orders, the staff here went out of their way to help me resolve it quickly and efficiently. 11/10 customer service, definitely will be coming back often.
